Easy electronic check-in. The machine gave us a ticket with the room number and password to our electronic lock. Modern, clean, ample-sized room although the bathroom was a little tight. We really appreciate the kitchen especially the size of the refrigerator. The washer/dryer in the room was a big help for our week stay there. We were supplied with 2 bottles of water per day. The Chungmuro station (exit 6) was just downstairs. Several convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. Tourist spots a few subway stations away. Bus 01A and 01B going to Seoul Tower easily caught across the street. We had the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the variety offered (6 hot dishes, 2 soups, 3 salads, 2 fruits, 3 cereals, cup noodle, seasoned seaweed, hot/cold drinks). There were 3 hot dishes that changed daily but repeated after the 3rd day. We appreciated the kindness of the woman that took care of the breakfast buffet. She made our stay memorable.

The room was well lighted except for the kitchen. The cutlery didn't include forks. There were only 3 small elevators for the 20-story building so many times we had to wait for another car. Noisy street with drivers racing through late at night. There were no directions on how to use the washer, stove nor heating unit. Also, we didn't see any signs about where breakfast was served and what time it was.

Spick and span. The property is very accessible from the airport and to many tourist attractions via bus or subway. Many restaurants, bakeshops, cafes and stores nearby, Starbucks and GS25 are located within the property. The hotel staff are helpful. I like the free luggage storage service that they have for guests. They also granted my request for a room at a higher level/floor to avoid road noise and a room with the view of the Namsan tower. I slept well. The washer/dryer was also a big help.

The room area was quite small. For a family of three, it felt a little cramped.

This was one of the best accommodations we've booked in Seoul so far. Easy to find, super close to metro and bus stops, nice view from the room, many things to do around. Nice little room (705), that felt more like a flat I wouldn't mind living in. The small hallway by the entrance shares space with a small kitchen, which has not only a range top, fridge, freezer, microwave, but also a combined washer and dryer. Opposite direction from the kitchen is a sink, which didn't fit into the bathroom. Bathroom is also smaller, but simple and I really liked there's actual step down in the shower, so you don't have to be worried about water spilling out everywhere. I was stoked seeing there's table with chairs on the balcony. Lot of places we visited before had just bare balconies. We got lucky and had awesome view of the N Seoul Tower. There's a lot to do around here, from cafés, restaurants to being close to N Seoul Tower and the hotel being in a walking distance of Myeongdong. Metro is literally right outside the place (line 4), so it's easy to get around this area or further, depends what your plans are. The hotel is also only 3 stops away from the Seoul station.

We had problem with one of the lights in the kitchen, that kept turning on on its own during the night, but it was promptly solved next day in the morning when I went to the main desk. Also... The elevators were always packed. The two days we stayed there, we always took stairs, because it was pointless to wait 10+ minutes for an elevator. But that's not really something the hotel can do anything about if there's a lots of guests.

Cosy room with washing machine and microwave is a plus! Near to subway line 3 & line 4, and airport bus stop is just 2 min away too. Many eateries behind the hotel and few convenience stores around and one is just downstairs! Easy self check in and out of this hotel is cool! Will stay again if in Korea. :-)

No Bidet and warmer on the toilet seat. Also, the lift too small especially during check out hour. We waited so long for the lift on our checked out day. But normal day, we will leave the hotel ard 10 am for our daily activities!

Fantastic location — the reception is directly accessible from the metro station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The station is served by two major metro lines, offering direct access to tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Access to the building, elevator, and individual floors does not require any card or code. While I understand that Seoul is generally very safe, it's still important to prioritize security measures

Super individual and modern, extremely close to tube station chungmuro, I.E. two seconds away, short tube ride from Seoul central station so location is amazing. Very good washing facilities and cooking,shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, all utensils provided, towels and water bottles!

Room was slightly dusty, and door had to be forced shut to close, the lift does take a long time to come to your floor so make sure you leave lots of time to catch your train.

The location is very good. The hotel accessible to train station directly and easily to get food. The room facilities were great, especially the washer/dryer .

The staff is not so friendly during check-in. Maybe I am unable to speak Korean.Besides, there is no room service, so I need to carry the iron and iron board from reception to my room.

Chungmu-ro station exit 5 or 6. There is an entrance at Metro B1. One stop or 8-10 minutes walking distance to Myeong-dong. Easy and quick self-check in and checkout machine. Room is not big, but enough. Bathroom is a little small but also enough. I love the washing and drying machine (need to bring your own washing powder). There is also a simple cooking stove and microwave. Staffs are very helpful.

Bad smell keeps coming from the bathroom, need to close the bathroom door all the time.

So close to the train station literally right on top. Central area to Seoul easy to get to popular destinations in the city.

Due to being a popular place to stay, the cleaning services can be a little under average due to quick turnaround. They were happy to accommodate me in re-cleaning my room upon my request when I arrived when I found it did not meet my level of cleanliness.

Was clean and modern/updated. Stay was comfortable. Enjoyed that you can access the subway station from the basement of the building. Starbucks was attached to building and convenience store next door. Check in and check out was through a kiosk machine but was super easy to use.

In our bathroom layout, toilet was close to door so if you’re tall knees might touch.
