Staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. Great location only one station and walking distance to Myeong-dong market. The hotel is located close to several train lines which helped sightseeing in Soeul which we found very safe as foreigners – download Naver app as more accurate than Google maps.

Like all hotels we encounted in Soeul the hotel rooms are cramped compared to our expectations in Australia, however we enjoyed the experience. The matteresses were different and harder than we expected however we were so exhausted as tourists and surprisingly more comfortable than initially expected.

It was easy to find. The hotel sent me directions that were easy to follow; it was a good thing because Google maps isn't accurate there and the local mapping app was difficult for me to use. The directions they sent were perfect on the train from ICN. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I had a very early flight and she arranged transportation for me since the train didn't run early enough. There was free water in the lobby. The location was good as it was close to the subway. They give you a little bag of amenities which include a toothbrush and toothpaste which was nice as well. There were plenty of outlets in the room. It was quiet. It's a great value for the money you spend.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable but it was only for two nights and this might be a cultural thing as I like softer beds.

Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and very clean. New towels daily. Location is simply amazing. So close to every possible transportation. Also walking distance from Namsan Tower and Myeongdong shopping district. Quiet at night. I would definitely return. 10/10.

The view from 12th floor was awesome. Nice beds.

It was impossible to sleep without the AC on, specially for the to sons sleeping on the loft. But WITH the AC on the three of us sleeping ”downstairs” were freezing so much in the night, eventhough we turned the AC to 26 degrees. But if you don't mind that - awesome room!

Simple setup for our delux family suite that caters to 5 pax in a duplex. Really good if u need to travel with family. Price was reasonable.

No cooking and we understand why but there is a pantry below for heating up food.

The place was very good for the price. Location was nice as we could easily go to train station and tourist areas even by walking. Room was very spacious and had everything that was needed.

The view from our room was not very nice and the people in the next room were loud during the night, even until 5am.

I really loved the view from the room. The cityscape looked beautiful at night and the morning sunshine made us happy.

The maintenance could have been better. The room temperature was not adjustable. We felt cold at night.

Its strategic. its near to everywhere. and its affordable especially for solo traveller.
