Triple room is pretty comfy, its 2 queen beds in the room, its a walk distant from subway station line 2 and can walk to Kwangjang market. Room is clean, smart key is very good no need to carry key just use the phone.

- Wifi is very slow and disconnected sometimes - not many amenities in the toilet

The hotel was in a great location and within walking distance (1 KM tops) to Gwangjang and Jungbu Markets; and Dongdaemum Design Plaza area even for 2 elderly women in their early 80s. Other places of interests were just a short taxi ride away, so it is really central. The hotel receptionist Mr Lee was very helpful and friendly - he went out of his way to drive us to a couple of nearby places ; ordered in food delivery for us and arranged for the airport. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. For the 8 nights we stayed we always came back to well made beds and clean towels. There were enough places for a reasonable meal in the hotel’s vicinity. I would come back to stay if I were in Seoul again.

Ive booked here for the second time, location wise personally i love it not to crowded. Walkable to Gwanjang Market and Dongdaemun (DDP plaza) If you come from Seoul Station and with luggage i would suggest to stop at Euljiro-3ga Exit5 little bit far from hotel but if with luggage its better using lift but if you dont have luggage use exit7-8 the exit is very close to hotel. For the room i booked the room with 2double bed more space and the room is soo comfortable. I love the fact they have smart key you can access the door and check out just using your phone. The have area you can store luggage (locker) but limited They have hair dryer,mineral water,towel,and most importantly they have bidet. Ill definitely book here again

Kim Min at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us with all questions we had and when he didn't know the answer he would look it up. We also got to check in early for free because all the lockers were full. Location was an easy 5 min walk to Euljiro 4 ga station. Room was a little small but for the price I can't complain. Bed was firm, like all other hotels we stayed in Korea, which I really liked. There's a coin washer and dryer on the 8th floor and you can purchase detergent from a machine. Water dispenser is available on the same floor

I will echo other reviews saying the hotel is greatly located: close to a few lines of metro, walkable distance from DDP, Gwangjang Market, cheonggyechron (canal), 30min walk from Myeongdong street. Absolutely fine even in the evenings. A lot of cafes, grocery stores nearby. Staff at the reception speaks English :) we lived first in the studio plus room (two 1.5-beds, not real double) and than in a family suit (3 beds, two doubles and 1 single with more space in the room itself). All rooms are clean, equipped with minimum required stuff. Everyday cleaning with towels change snd water refill, nothing to complain!

Hotel is not new, but in a good condition. Check in is at 3pm (earlier time will be charged), check out at 11am, but I faced it everywhere in Korea. No free luggage storage as been many times mentioned, but they informed us about it before arrival. Would be good to have a breakfast option.

Check in and check out process was super easy, room was cleaned daily, was a comfortable size, and conveniently located. Very easy access to food stalls, shopping, restaurants and major sites. Bonus, luggage scale at front desk helped us prevent oversized baggage fees at airport.

The onsite breakfast place never seemed to be open which would have been nice to get a quick breakfast but not a super big deal since it’s also close to good food spots like A Plus Cafe, Lotteria, Paik’s coffee, and Starbucks.

Amazing customer service ..hotel contacted me soon as I landed and guided me on how to get to hotel. They also did the checking proactively so we didn’t have to do it when we got there late at night. They sent me all the information through WhatsApp, so it was easy to go to my room directly. Big thank you to Damien who was very helpful and informative during our whole stay. Hotel is very clean, comfy bed , quiet area , great wifi , good AC, close to public transportation bus/metro allowing you to go around easily, convenience store around the corner of the street. Cleaning service is amazing if we put do not disturb they will leave basket with new towels, tooth brush and water bottles everyday. Highly recommend this place if you planing to go to Seoul.

The hotel location is superb, nearby the train station (5 mins walk) and there are a couple convenience stores around it. It is also situated near the Dongdaemun Design Plaza and Gwangjang Market (both are about 8-10 minutes walk). The hotel itself is clean, staffs are friendly and easy to reach via text. the internet connection is good and for the price that we got it was well worth it. It also have washing machine upstairs for those who need some cleaning to do. Hot water and ice can also be obtained upstairs.

If you are bringing a whole lot of luggage be prepared to do at least 2 trips up the elevator as it is quite small.

The room is clean and spacious. It was quiet even though we were near the lift. A comfortable and huge bed made our stay very nice. The staff were helpful and had a translation app to make communication easy, they were able to help us with our early check-in. The toilet is also very clean and the bottled bath and shower gels had nice scents. There is a underground pathway near the hotel (outside the convenience store) which is a direct connection to Euljiro 4(sa)-ga Station, so you can escape the heat and rain.

Automated check-in did not let us do an early check-in, as there was some error. The waiting area before you check-in is very warm in the summer.

Super star service, staff speaks good English and Chinese, very helpful and quick response. One evening we ordered food delivery but got cancelled.  He helped us with new order in late evening and it was delicious local food. Room (including bathroom) is spacious and very clean, amenities refilled everyday.  Quiet and comfort stay. Good location, 2 subway stations (3 different lines) in walking distance.  Easy to go to main attractions. For luggage storage, do ask at the reception if you have several pieces of suitcases.  They have a better rate than lockers. The lobby has space for us to re-pack our suitcase as we did last-minute shopping after check out.  Also have a scale there to weigh our luggage.

The only downside is that the cafe doesn't open.
