Good location, valuable CP, stuff are good and helpful, few defects need be improved to bath room and wall paper, I recommend this hotel if you are not request for requirements as 4 stars hotel

Hotel Stuff and location

clean, near MRT, convenient, room is abit small,

window is small, staff not very friendly, service is average, not very helpful

They allowed the storage of bags in the reception both before check-in and after check-out to collect on the same day. The hotel is very close to the underground train lines and a lot of nearby places to explore even by foot. I found no problems with the wifi. Every time housekeeping came to clean the room, I got two bottles of water which is nice.

I mistaking brought convenience store food home, the kind that you usually cook in store. Although there was no microwave in my room, there is a 7-eleven right next to the hotel so thankfully I didn't have to waste it.

The staff was extremely helpful, quick and friendly. The location was great, very close to all public transport and great for getting ubers as well. Also very convenient, there is a 7/11 right next to the hotel.

I feel like the bathroom wasn't extremely clean and there were other minor things that I didn't like - i.e. some of the towels that we got had holes in them.

I liked the design of the hotel, the size of the room, its location and that there was a very nice electronic toilet seat and big bathtub in the bathroom.

The window was very small and was given to the wall. We could not do the laundry ourselves and it was 10000 KW (expensive). They were not giving tea and coffee sachets for each day of stay and it was not free.

We had booked the designer suite, it was huge, bed was massive and extremely comfy, everything was clean, we had robes and amenities refreshed daily aswell as daily clean, check in was quick and easy staff were lovely, despite having read negative reviews we really enjoyed our stay and our room

Could have a fresh paint of coat and just fix up a few things but again understandable

Strategic location, a walking distance from the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park train station (Line 4); there’s also airport limousine bus service to the Incheon Airport - the bus stop is located within 300m from the hotel.

Very pleased with our stay at the Designers hotel. Toiletries were always replenished, the staff was helpful, very accessible and very easy to check in and out. Walking distance to the train station. Clean and spacious room.

I wished they had more informations at the front desk like maps, suggestions on trips, spa and etc

The airport luminous stops just in front of the hotel. This saved me slot since I am coming from abroad with Alot of luggages.
