Very good location near the DDP Station and Airport Bus Stop. Also walking distance from convenience stores, groceries and restaurants in the area. Shopping area is also near where you can buy souvenirs and branded goods.

Room cleanliness can be improved. Few dust and hair can be found under the beds. Bathroom is quite small and can be difficult for some to take a shower in. Some light switches are not working.

The location is perfect and our double room was enough size considering the Korean standards. Single room was without the window but had large bathroom.

The reception is not available after 23:00 until 8:00 and i mean for real there is nobody who can help you at all. There is emergency number you should call but nobody pick up the phone or reacts to messages (member of the hotel team sleeps in the room next to reception which we found out to late as its not shown anywhere and she also didnt react to our calling to reception phone!). The room was dirty, especially the area by the windows - definetely not cleaned for good few months. Breakfast is a joke - you only get cornflakes, jam and white toast bread.

The property is 5mins away from the train station and bus stops (airport limousine and regular stop) making getting around very easy. It’s also about a 10min walk towards DDP and their markets, convenience stores, restaurants, and bars are also within proximity. The rooms were clean and provided a good city view. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and was always ready to answer questions, they also speak good english making it ideal for foreigners. Everything is also provided for and even includes a simple breakfast reducing the hassle of thinking where to get a simple and light meal to start the day.

The location is perfect, the subway station is 2 minutes away as is the bus stop. 7-Eleven close to the place works 24/7. The view from the 6th floor was incredible, the windows were really big. Clean! Comfy bed, you can change towels as often as you want, AC works well.

Breakfast was either 2 kinds of cereal or toast with jam/butter, still had to eat at 7-Eleven. No hangers in the room, only 2 hooks for clothes - isn't really convenient. Also, the window only opened a little bit and the handle was really loose so it broke once we touched it. The walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors you'll hear them well (like we did).

As a first timer in Seoul, the Guesthouse was very accessible and easy to get around as Stations are all closeby. Airport Limousine Bus Station is just across the road as well! Breakfast was much appreciated with a standard selection. Reception was very helpful and responsive too. Especially grateful that there was Hot Water for Shower, Room was heated during winter stay and Soap / Shampoo / Conditioner was available. Thank you K-Guesthouse Dongdaemun Premium!

On some days there were towels, bedsheets and other items left around general area of the floor we were staying on (possibly after housekeeping) but did not bother us much. Hot water would change temperature really quickly from very hot to very cold and then warm, and repeat.

Good location for those visiting Korea for the 1st time. Good simple toast breakfast a big Plus for budget travellers When you want to get to the hotel go out from exit 4 at the historical and cultural park station from Seoul train station, make a right U Turn walk straight until you reach a 7-11 on your left and look up to your 2 o’clock right side and you will see it easily. I had some problems navigating with the Naver apps ...hope this helps for future travellers

Room 622 had some drainage problem as the floor will get flooded fast during shower and will only drain out a few minutes later

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite which made me (and other guests) more comfortable staying there. The location is amazing. Its only a short walk on a straight path into myeongdong which is convenient if you want to go shopping. There are tonnes and tonnes of places to eat and drink nearby too which is also great.

The only issue I had, however completely understood, was that because I was by myself I was given the smallest room on my floor which didn't have a window and just enough room to hold my suitcase aswell as anything else like bags I wanted to bring in.

Location was very near subway station. Breakfast was also good. Hotel staff are available 8am until night unlike other guesthouse. Very convenient to change towels, tissues, and trash plastics. Our room was spacious and a corner room. We could place our things in the window which we really like. Also, our room has clothesline where we can hang our jackets.

Our 1st room was different from the photos we booked. It was very small. We thought it was a double room that was only converted to twin room. Also, the sheets has blood stains. Shower head was also placed very low, same level with sink. However, they managed to transfer us on different room and we really appreciate the effort despite rooms were all fully booked.

Location is very near to subway and easy to take bus/subway to go anywhere. Room not spacious enough for 2 people, but its okay since i am alone.

The room is not sound proof, each little movement to made, the next door can hear you.. 1 time i go back late after 11pm, and moving carefully and slowy but my phone charger drop and make noise. Someone from next door keep ringing my room. Then only i read notice no noise after 11pm 😅😅

Convenient to travel anywhere, near DDP3 station, near many bus stops, have a 2 cafe shop, 7-11 and walk a little have many restaurants There is a simple breakfast on the 3rd floor from 6-10 am. You can buy it from outside and cook it yourself. There is a kitchen for you to use, but you have to clean up after yourself.

Washing machines are available on the 6th floor, but sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.
