Excellent location near a lot of restaurants and shopping areas, confortable beddings, very good breakfast with a lot of choices (western and asian).

We have seen a lot of dust on the walls, in the closet of the room. The cleaning policy need to ve reviewed in my view. Good be clearly better for a 5 stars hotel. Mosy probably not enough resources to clean up the rooms properly.

A serious, professional hotel with a large staff, good breakfast, clean and tidy. We had a problem that was not related to the hotel, but related to booking, and the hotel was considerate and helpful.

It would have been nice if the rooms were a little bigger. This point has nothing to do with the hotel, but in my opinion, Booking is doing damage to the hotel and is not correctly translating what it gives to the customer. For example, we arrived with three people and the other two beds in the room, and the room is only suitable for two beds.

The property was amazing. We booked the premiere king suite and it was a large space. The room was very clean with a huge bed (very comfortable). The bathroom was also very clean with an automated toilet. The location was nice and quiet - a bit far from other areas but well worth it. The staff were wonderful, helping us with any little query (thank you!)

No gluten free bread options

The residence rooms were comfortable and the in room amenities was truly great. Washing machine, full set of utensils, Nespresso machine and microwave were very useful. The Japanese style toilets with buddy was a plus point for this hotel. The location which was a 5 mins walk to Dongdaemun History & Culture Station makes this a desirable location to stay when at Seoul. Also there is a restaurant called Kebabway nearby, run by Mr. Saad which makes the loveliest kebabs and fries we have ever had. Great for people looking for halal food at this area . I would gladly stay here on my next visit to Seoul.

Rooms were clean, though a bit small. 2 adults and 2 prisch kids fit comfortably enough on 3 single beds (we pushed two tog). Sockets for SG plugs are available, lol. Gym was well-equipped and maintained for holiday workout purposes (treadmills, think I saw an elliptical and stationary bike), decent range of free weights, weight machines and kettlebells.

Remember to bring a swim cap/cap if you want to swim! Otherwise you'll have to buy one from the hotel.

We booked the larger rooms (around 54 sqm) as we stayed for 1 week in Seoul and we wanted to enjoy the extra space. The hotel has a beautiful gym and amenities and its location is great as it 2 mins walk to the metro station, the airport shuttle drop off and pick up is 1 min walk away, there is the dundun shopping mall just 4 min walk and multiple convenient stores/starbucks around it. The room as its like a studio it has a kitchenette that can even cater cooking and it offers all needed cooking appliances and cutlery (of course you will need to get your own ingredients). Lastly, as many properties in Asia the hotel is offering a washing and dryer machine inside the room with detergent provided which is extremely handy!

The cleaning of the room is basic, although we did start our days quite late so maybe the staff didnt have enough time. The hotel has a strange elevator system that sometimes creates queues but if you are in and out of the hotel in odd times you wouldnt experience any delays.

The location is perfect, it’s close to a lot of restaurants and to the metro station. The staff was very friendly, especially at the breakfast. The breakfast buffet was solid, but could be improved for a five star hotel. The kids play area was awesome! I think the hotel is perfect for families… The staff was always very nice to our little son, even when he made a mess at the breakfast. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The A/C could be a bit quieter and the sofa and the furniture looked a bit used and not quite five star. One of the toilets smelled a bit for some days. Overall for our family vacation, I think the hotel was optimal.

The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were just the right thing after a long day of walking, especially up and down the stairs in the subways. The great location in Dongdaemun. Easy to get to anywhere with bus/train or Uber. The bed was super comfy. Amenities were replenished every day. I stayed in a king suite with a washer/dryer, which was super convenient . I had dinner a couple of times in the hotel restaurant, with a gorgeous view of Seoul in front of me as I enjoyed my meals. Great little Nespresso capsule machine for coffee.

No milk for my coffee, but I got a carton of milk from one of the many convenience stores that are literally everywhere ( there's about 4 within a couple minutes' walking distance from the hotel), so no big deal.

Booked this for my birthday trip and the staff surprised us with a room upgrade. It was an incredible upgrade and it really made our trip. This residence is located in between 3 train lines, which made transport extremely easy. The property is also situated near the airport limousine bus stop, making it easy to go to the airport / arrive from the airport. The room was also always cleaned well, which made it a comfortable place to come back to after a long day of shopping / sightseeing. Highly recommended!!!
