Luxury hotel with great choice of restaurants , good location, good breakfast, confortable rooms. A pleasant rooftop terrace accessible from the execitive lounge.

I think it should be more clean in the toilet. Furthermore, it was included an access to the executive loungue which supposedly should be open until 9 pm ( based on their website) but when we arrived after 7 pm there was no snacks, only drinks and some biscuits. The information should be more accurate.

JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul is a lovely hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing - it is a lovely clean hotel and has everything that you need. Rooms are immaculate, we had a corner suite with wonderful views. House keeping staff kept the room immaculate and all the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and we ate at the steak restaurant for one meal which was perfect. Probably one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed with our young boys (3 and 1) and they loved the hotel also. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We contacted them with questions before our trip and they always replied with in-depth and helpful replies. When we were there there they always greeted us with a smile and was so kind to our children. The location is also fantastic and close to many wonderful markets. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Seoul!

Location opposite the beautiful East Gate especially beautiful at night. Please request an upgrade to a room with a view and you won’t be disappointed. Staff at reception, drive way and dining room very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom could use an update but overall the room was comfortable.

It was incredibly convenient as there is a direct access to the train station from the hotel. This made it very pram and family friendly for us. The beds were also fantastic & clean, which made the stay that much more enjoyable. Toilets were also in fairly good condition.

More amenities could have been provided - for etc. complimentary use of the pool. It’s the first time we have stayed at a hotel and was told that the pool access is chargeable.

We were on an executive corner king suite. It was lovely and spacious . Perfect. Breakfast was exceptional—-an extensive selection of Asian dishes which were delicious and beautifully presented. All of the staff were lovely, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs.

Lovely modern hotel with great rooms and a really good location. The staff were charming and so helpful. Great pool and nice to have the Executive Lounge option (although you would be a fool to miss the breakfast in the main restaurant) - and the view over the East Gate is spectacular at night. Has direct access to the subway station from the lower lobby - which is a handy connection for just about everywhere.

JW Marriott is great as always! We liked every details from the first step in till check-out. Breakfast is amazing with super wide selection of different cuisine (Asian, European, American).

Steak restaurant on the second floor has a restriction of 10+ years old, so we missed the opportunity to have a dinner there with our 8 y.o. son…. Very disappointed!

Hotel located just next to one of Dongdaemun subway entrances. Near four shopping malls. Easy check-in and check-out. Great view from each rooms.

Abit dated. Not expecting access to netflix, but not being able to connect to a smartphone is challenging. Also did not expect to have to pay for the use of sauna. Maybe it is common in South Korea, I am not sure.

Excellent location, ample room with excellent equipment (including nespresso machine). Excellent bathroom. Very good breakfast, an excellent Grill restaurant within the hotel premises. Hotel has direct link to metro station making it very convenient for conmuting. Very friendly staff.
