It is well located walking distance of train station and buses, also to the markets. The street to the entrance is very dark, tho and quiet, at late night. It has a nice and clean kitchen, well equipped.

The bed isn't the most comfortable one. You can hear and feel the springs. Our room had a window to the street and it can be a bit noisy early morning, lucky I'm a good sleeper but maybe something to consider it you aren't. It is an old building, it has a bit of humidity on the rooms but for the price is ok, you can see they make the effort to offer a good service.

Excellent value for money. Closest to Dongmyo exit 7. Left out of exit 7, pass an office building with fir trees by the entrance. 1st right through a car park with lifting barrier, into a lane/alleyway. Building on the left. The Guest House is on 1st + 2nd floor (entrance ground floor) of a converted apartment block.Functional, unpretentious accommodation.Reliable hot water and kitchen facilities. Korean people are warm and genuine. Staff are helpful. Reception is staffed 12-4pm, with remote contact other times.

Small rooms, but the trade off is the price and accessibility. We were out all day and just slept there. This could be an issue if you want to spend time in your room. Heating is from A/C unit which is not very effective. This is off-set by toasty electric blankets, so not a bit deal.

We arrived early and they let us check in before 4pm - very delighted especially after long layovers. If you arrived after 4pm, the self check in is easy and guide is provided at Level2. The guesthouse owner is very helpful when I experienced some difficulties (you do need a KR number to contact her). I can see the staff did all the work. He's a bit unfriendly and hesitant probably due to lack of EN skills (defo not a big problem). The room is small but cozy - value for the price you pay. The towel is small but you can change it everyday. There's iron, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, common areas - just do whatever you need. Nobody really mind. I met some of the best people there and everyone is nice and welcoming. The location is THE BEST - 3 mins away from Line 6, 4, and 1 (main touristy line), 2 mins walk to GS25, Paik's Coffee, Sssada Gimbap (super cheap 24hr restaurant), 2 mins walk to the POPULAR stationary and toys alley and MANY MORE! Definitely recommended!

Its a bit small than you usual rooms - but can work around it. I suggest to provide bigger towels too. The bathroom sink can get clogged if you didnt clean the filter so make sure you do that! Besides these two, everything else is good and worth the money :)

The staff were very nice. They even help us print with no charge. The room was quite small but manageable. Good location 2 blocks away from dongdaemun station, connecting to underground line 1 and 4.

The sink in the bathroom kept getting clogged after a few days of use. Other than that everything was pretty good

the shower was so lovely and powerful but as it was a wet room often the toilet paper would get soaked ahaha but that was the only thing. not that it really is a problem

the location, the price, indoor bathroom, easy self checkin. Tv is working. Air con dual function with heater is working. line 4 dongdaemun, one line with seoul station, myeongdong. Also near historical building at exit 9 the only exit with elevator as i know. just 5 mnt walk to airport bus stop across the street near exit 4. There is washing machine, water dispenser, microwave and stove in the 2nd floor.

twin bed occoupied the room, so little space for baggage near the door. The bathroom sometimes exude some smell. no lift, but the step is shallow so i can lift my big baggage easy.

Although very snug it was very clean and had lots of facilities.The guy on reception went out of his way to help when my wife had a problem with the lock on her suitcase,. Excellent service.

Nothing really to dislike , the room was very compact but it had its own bathroom and was very clean so all was good.

The place is safe, very clean, easy to check in and out, with a comfy bed, pillow, blanket, and a private bathroom – small and perfect for a solo traveler.

No lift and no big towel.

2nd time in here, room 200 best for budget traveler. easy to arrange your luggage in below and sleep up in the bunk. i think its very equipped with important stuff, hairdryer, socket conection up in the bed, indoor bathroom.

there's mold below the bed, i think they can easily clean it if they notice. i simply avoid that area.

good location, near 4 line subway same line with seoul station and myeongdong.with the bed in up bunk, so many space in the below for aranging ur suitcase.i looking for single room with indoor bathroom and find this guesthouse offer very good price. ac, exhaust fan, hair dryer and extention cord are provided in the room.

my room just beside the kitchen so sometimes u can smell the cooking food. but not too bothering, just u become hungry
