This hotel was truly a wonderful surprise for us. Not knowing anything about it or the area where its located, we were a little skeptical. However, as soon we set foot at the lobby and checked in to our room/apartment, we were very delighted and satisfied. The room was absolutely spacious, heated floor at the entrance, copious amount of storage, comfortable and sizeable kitchen/dining/living area with a study nook. Another positive for us was the washer/dryer with a clothesline to hang our clothes. Having travelled for 2 weeks, we accumulated lots of laundry to do so it was nice to wash them at the comfort of the apartment. The bedroom had wardrobes/storage, so we were able to unpack completely and put our clothes out of the suitcases. The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was quite large and a dresser to get ready at. The location was another positive for us. It was located close to Konkuk University Hospital and station. Also, if you want to go shopping, Lotte department store was next door. We ate at a sushi train at their food court but there are a variety of other restaurants. We also recommend you visiting eMart, a supermarket that has everything. If you love walking and exploring, Seoul Forest and Ttukseom Hangang park are walkable from the hotel. We highly recommend exploring this area as it offers a lot of restaurants, cafes and shopping. You also have the luxury of buying and cooking your own food at the apartment. We did a Korean cooking class and had a lot of leftovers, so we just heated them up and ate at the apartment for dinner. For K drama fanatics, there are a few channels on the tv where you can watch different dramas in a loop all day every day. Overall, this was a fabulous find for us and we will definitely book again when we go back to Seoul.

The service at the front desk was exceptional, and the room was extremely spacious. The location is right next to a mall, so it's super convenient for food or last-minute shopping. It's also close to Seongsu, a trendy location for shopping and close to Gangnam. Whilst it's not close to Hongdae or Myeongdong, I prefer the quietness of this area more (this is my third? Time in Korea. If you want to be closer to the main touristy locations, i would not recommend here). I wish I could've stayed longer, but I will book here the next time I come to Korea.

I love the size of the place and the convenient location. It is 3-5 mins walk to the nearest metro. It is also directly across streets and streets of food places. There were plenty of cuisines to choose from. There were also cafes at the ground level which closes late should you choose to have supper. A convenience store is located at basement where you can easily get things you need. There is a pharmacy as well. Lotte department store is literally besides the hotel. Starcity mall beside that has plenty of food, supermarket, cafe, shops as well.

Wifi in the bedroom was a little weak. In certain area of the bedroom, wifi was almost non-existent. I had to use my own network for surfing the internet. We were given a lower floor room which did not have a view. The entire window across the living room was blocked by the Lotte Department. It was a pity because the living room window took up 70% of the window area. We left the curtains drawn during the time we were there, it was better than facing the wall of Lotte building. While it is near a metro, travelling to most of the popular tourist spots (e.g. Myeongdong, Namdaemun, Gwanghwamun, Hongdae) still requires a half an hour (or more) train ride. This could potentially put some tourist off. If you do not mind the commute then this would not be an issue.

The room was very large, had everything we needed, washer/dryer, kitchen, big bathroom and very clean. The staff in the hotel are amazing and will go out of their way to help you. Facilities in the hotel are really good too, swimmingpool was closed, because it was winter. We arrived early, so our luggage was put in a seperate holding area for us, while we explored the surroundings, when we got back at check in time, our luggage was already waiting in our room. Busstop right outside the hotel, trainstations are all a 5 minute walk and so is the "nightlife" scene, with restaurants (Korean, chinese, western,...) clubs ...and it all feels so safe, not once did we have an "unsafe" feeling in Seoul. Down the road is a "Paris Baguette", with amazing pastry and cakes ( and I'm from Belgium !!). At the groundfloor of the hotel there is a Starbucks and a "The coffee bean and tea leaf" and coffee and cake place. Next door is a Lotte Mall

Non secure wifi, made it hard to access some of my online access at home

The gym is fantastically well equipped with new machines and even Pilates reformer. The room is very spacious and quiet. Well equipped with washing machine. Hotel is very close to Seongsu area.

View was obstructed in the living room which was a shame. No laundry pods avail. We only had two blankets for 3 people. There was an electrical testing on our last night so the Aircon was cut off from midnight to 330am. The reactivation also affected my sleep. Lack of power outlets at the bedside and there was also no outlet at the kitchen for the kettle. The lift landing at level 15 had a strange smell.

I highly recommend this stay to anyone. It is in a very good location, with the train station around the corner, cafes nearby, and an Olive Young across the road. It is about a 10-minute walk to the main area in Seongsu and close to food as well. Staff were very friendly, room was very spacious and it was great to come back to after a big day of sightseeing. Fresh towels when needed/daily as well which we really appreciated. I'll be booking this next time I'm in Seoul

The room was spacious and a wonderful place to relax after a day spent exploring the city. Our kids space could be closed off with a door, so more privacy. The location of the hotel was right across from an excellent market with easy access to excellent food and we even saw some nightlife with "kids" in their 20s.

Parking was problematic in that our car wasn't registered, and each time we tried to leave the parking garage, it tried to charge us 90,000 Kwon. Fortunately, we got it cleared up, but it was annoying since cars were backing up in the queue behind us, and Korean drivers are not known for their patience.

Very spacious, well equipped apartment. Circular layout of the room. Very clean and nice design. Although not in the prime location, very well connected to the main landmarks of Seoul. 2 very good restaurants in the buildings, one international (buffet) and one Italian. We strongly recommend both of them. Close to the department store, if one enjoys shopping. Very friendly staff, ready to help and provide advice. We also recommend booking the taxi from and to the airport, via booking.

Actually there is almost nothing. Maybe only the lack of a breakfast option.

It’s perfect for a long stay, but we have also done weekends here. It’s right beside Ttukseom park, less than a minute walk to the main subway line and plenty of shops and restaurants around. Great coffee shops in the building, a chemist and a bank machine. Really convenient and great helpful staff. When we arrived we had no way to pay the taxi and so the staff paid him and put it on our room bill. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else when I’m in Seoul for long stays. The cleaning service is impeccable.

The corridors are too warm in the summer. The games room isn’t open to guests only residents and the pool is closed most times.

Spacy appartment with a nice view and very comfortable bed. Everything clean and people are very friendly and helpful. Residence is very close to subway. In very short distance there is a Lotte department store and an underground Emart where you can buy everything to make your stay even more comfortable. As there is a university around you will find a lot of restaurants and pubs. We have been there twice past 10 years and will come back.
