This is a great hotel near the port with some good fish restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and well equipped, and breakfast very much OK. It is good value for money. I also booked the hotel because it has a small spa with water jets, which helped me with a shoulder and back issue. It closes at 7pm, and I arrived only at 6pm. I appreciated that staff closed down the spa only at 8pm.

Lighting in the rooms is problematic; it is quite dark. There is no ceiling light in the bedroom section, and no lamp on the quite nice desk. This makes reading impossible. Also, if anyhow possible, it would be great if the spa closed much later, say at 9pm.

Always available and welcoming in the 24 hour English spoken. Breakfast is amazing, a buffet and all you can eat! The rooms are very clean, the beds are firm and comfortable, we had a beautiful view of the mountains and a fridge stocked with cold water when we arrived. The rooms are generous and the hotel is very near to the town centre. I asked for adjacent bedrooms with balconies and we got just what we wanted. 🥰 The architecture of this place is not pretentious but very understated. It feels like being on a cruise but a small family cruise with just 2 floors! There are also some interesting paintings and stained glass windows around. We also managed to find the free car park available, beneath the building, but to find it is quite complicated and you have to use the one way system by the port. A super 48 hours to explore the area and it feels like we spent a week away on holiday. Excellent 👌 value for money. Explore Agaete, las cuevas pintadas en Gáldar, las piscinas naturales en Agaete, el Charco Azul, la playa de Risco, la playa de Aldea y los restaurantes cerca del Puerto de Agaete. The seafood restaurants are friendly and well priced but avoid la cofradía de pescadores. (It's a bit basic) Super 💪🏼💦 muchas gracias 🙏

Nada.

Quite near the sea, staff very helpful, good value for money, breakfast good, spa pool was good, comfortable room, car parking very convenient. Plenty of wardrobe space. Local Spar shop was very good with lovely ice-cream and take-away food. My adult son enjoyed swimming in the natural pools.

My wife has mobility problems and the various stairs on the ground floor levels eg to breakfast, and from breakfast room to toilet were a problem. (But no problem to access rooms via lift.) Bed was a bit too hard for us. As with many hotel bedrooms, lighting rather poor.

This hotel is a bit dated, but in a very nice way. You notice that it has been there for many years, but it is built with a very nice design and with materials that last and keeps the finish. There is a nice pool on the bottom floor and a garage free of charge. The location is a couple of blocks from the restaurant area and the stony beach. An area with natural pools is within 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is vey good too.

The hotel was centrally located and easy to find. It was well decorated with a nautical theme. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they dealt with requests promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble! The location is great; very near the harbour and the restaurants. The breakfasts were good with an extensive selection of food. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return.

There was nothing to dislike!

Quaint slightly dated hotel but very comfortable with a large room and large balcony with table, chairs and sunbeds. Very nice breakfast with wide choice and very helpful staff. Very convenient for the port and surrounding area. Wide choice of fish restaurants in the port area. Village of Agaete is very picturesque with cafes and bars.

The hotel is so easy to find: in front of the bus stop and very well located (near the sea and center). My room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a great plus as it had so much.

I did not use the pool (you need to pay extra) but that was very inviting! The coffee was not the best you can have but decent. I wish it was possible to eat there for lunch and dinner.

It is a fantastic experience, a lovely old hotel but beautifully maintained and with a wonderful spa and full breakfast included in the price which makes it an absolute bargain. Friendly staff and a good location in Puerto de las Nieves near enough, but not too near, the bars and restaurants. Perfection!!

We didn't have time to stay longer!! Nothing to dislike at all

The rooms are slightly dated but it was all ok.

Hotel is in a great location in the heart of Puerto de las Nieves. My room was a good size with a large, well furnished balcony area. Breakfast was available from 0730 and included enough choice for me.

I would have liked a kettle with tea/coffee in the room. At times the reception desk was unmanned. I did not find any information about travel options to and from the resort.
