It was a perfectly kept property with everything one could need . It was only a minute away from the beach and the area in which the property was in was quiet and safe . It was easy to catch a taxi or public transport which is what we used majority of the time. Along with being very clean, the pictures matched reality. There was coffee provided along with both water and snacks, free of charge. It contained its own kitchenette with a fridge and small stove . It also had a coffee machine and sink. It included all the utensils too. Cleaners were available everyday and at any time you could pop down to the friendly receptionists for extra toilet paper or towels . Nothing could beat the walks on the beach for sunset , followed by the most gorgeous food at Bella Lucía which is right on the pier . Then to return to such a quiet apartment so much so that we left a window open one night and we didn’t even notice .

Close to the beach and supermarket. For the price it was a good deal.

It was small but it still had everything I need.

The room no 01 I had pleasure to stay in was a single bed room located on a ground floor, but the windows had unlockable shades and kind of sound proof windows. The room was perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook in- fridge with freezer, cooker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils like pots, knives, chopping board, plates and cups. There was air vent above the cooker which can be activated while cooking. Tv with internet, wifi, air condition. There was also a nice wardrobe with two drawers and safe. The room is cleaned everyday and new towels are provided daily. Reception is available 24/7 and you can borrow beach chairs and parasols there. Reception staff very helpful- at this point I would like to greet Seniorita Receptionst who help me with my cut on the foot and provided professional first aid 😘. Location of the place is very comfortable- 200 m to the nearest sand beach and promenade with bars and restaurants. 5 mins walking distance to Mercadona- supermarket. 15 minutes walking distance to SAVANA- night club loaded with people. In case you lose your wallet with ID and need to report it, the police station is about 30 mins walking distance- mainly along the promenade by the ocean. To sum up- As for me- solo traveler that was very satisfying place to stay.

I did't like my holiday was so short🤭😂

Well, I am writing this review keeping in mind it is a just 2 starts hotel. First of all: the location is super great - 1 minute walk and you are by the beach/ocean shore line bar area! super great The personal, although does not speak Cambridge Universiry English, communication flew smoothly because of high empathy. The room was always cleaned as soon as I walked out the room in the between morning and midday time. What was super nice on arrival is that I came and asked "I had a long flight, where can I buy water and coffee" - I was offered bottle of water right away for free and coffee in my room :) the room are equipted with the air conditioning too, windows both in the main room and bathroom can be openned - great way to fill the rooms with ocean smell air ;)

Really good value for money, room was bigger than expected. Good kitchenette facilities for tea/coffee and making breakfast. Water, coffee pods and wine given initially which was a nice touch. Very clean and well kept. Reception team were helpful and friendly.

Location is good - close to the beach, but is at the quieter end of las canteras so it's a little walk to some of the nicer restaurants/bars and better sunbathing facilities.

We liked the location, it's close to the sea, supermarkets, lots of great restaurants and bus stops. This small flat had everything we needed. We got beach towels from the staff, when the room was cleaned, it was cleaned well, including dishes and floor. As we were bringing sand unintentionally.

It looks a bit tired overall, small renovation would be great for the place. Also there is no power socket next to the TV if you want to plug your smart TV or consoles.

Great location, great value for money, very kind and helpful staff. My flight was leaving late evening and my checkout was at 12pm, i have asked if its possible to do a later check out, and even though my room had been booked they have allowed me to stay up to an hour before the new guests were meant to check in the room.

Nothing not to like, a simple hotel with all the needed amenities.

Location was great, many restaurants and grocery shops nearby, the beach was just a minute’s walk away. The room was clean, also there’s the possibility to ask the cleaning lady to clean it every day. The small kitchen was well equipped. Host was very kind and helpful, provided us maps of the city. You can also ask for beach towels on the reception.

The apartment has a perfect location and is very well equipped (washing machine, kitchen etc). I also enjoyed the small balcony. As it is a hotel you have the benefit of a 24h reception and cleaning service. The bed and mattress are incredibly comfortable! I have been in different apartments in Las Palmas, but this was my favorite.

Location of the hotel is very good, really close to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Everyone was so helpful when we needed something.

The one minus is the lack of broom in the room.
