Whilst not in the best location it’s a great place to explore Valencia and the beaches to the south of the city. The pool was fantastic

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location was fine for our needs but it's in an industrial area (that's clean and not noisy) with nothing interesting to see. You clearly need a car to get anywhere and downtown Valencia is about 15 minutes away.

We didn't eat the breakfast because it seemed too costly for what was offered.

The room itself was comfortable, the beds had good mattresses. The bathroom was big and well equipped - they even provide some costemticw and a good hairdryer- and the room had AC. Staff was nice and helpful and we had a real nice coffee in the bar! We stayed here one night on our roadtrip, so we didn’t try the swimming pool or the garden.

The location of the hotel was a bit disappointing, right next to some factory buildings and warehouses nearby, although it is true for the whole town. The room was pretty hot when we arrived, as the AC wasn’t turned on, but we managed to cool it down pretty quickly. The bedroom had some dust collected on the floor.

Nice and clean hotel with a beautiful garden and pool where you can relax, especially that most of the time I was completely alone in the pool .

Rooms are not soundproof as the hotel states, I could easily hear the neighbours next door and their phone vibration was waking me up at 6am... Also , the bathroom would require some improvement, I had a bath/shower with glass protection on the side but the glass wasn't sticking well to the bath so every time I had lots of water getting outside on the floor. Fortunately there is a cleaning service every day .

Good hotel with a good size pool

Too hot at night. Only there for 2 nights and when we left we reported that the air conditioning didn't work. The receptionist said what did you set it on and when we said 15 she said no it has to be lower otherwise it doesn't come on. The room attendant set it to 20 and if that's a problem the reception could have told us when booking in.

Nice and clean hotel with big soundproof rooms including all necessary amenities. Very comfortable and large bed. We were welcomed by very nice staff, very helpful and with a big smile. The hotel has a garden and swimming pool. Ample parking spaces available.

A small fridge in the room would be nice. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but you can order food. However only oizza, burgers and kebab. Nothing spanish 🙁. But there are a few Spanish restaurants 10 minutes by car. That was just a minor thing, all the rest was perfect.

Affordable with free parking. Clean and comfortable bed, large room (from Europe standard) with a good shower. Good stay. Recommend if you have a car. As a tourist go towards Valencia for food - we tried the other side - did not work well at all.

Industrial location- we knew that but still. Nothing close by at all

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I could not fault the way any of the staff were. They were all excellent. English speaking was good and they tried to help no end.

The AC in the room was not cold but they did offer to move us and offer a portable AC unit. The pool area had no sun parasols. We didn't notice it in the middle if an industrial estate. No restaurant.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were surprisingly quiet! Great WiFi. Cute kittens that live on the property. 😻

The bed wasn’t up to our standards of cleanliness. No fitted sheet for the bed and under a black light test, they definitely showed the “stains.”

Very nice hotel, would use again. Nice room, breakfast buffet, pool (if you like COLD water).

Location, I found it VERY difficult to find based on satnav, it was only by chance we found it after an hour driving around a large industrial estate. Dont go there without access to Google maps / wifi.
