Perfect for what we wanted, which was to be close to Valencia airport (30mins drive) and free parking (there were lots of spaces surrounding the hotel). Staff were very friendly/ welcoming, rooms were very clean and it was nice they had a coffee dispenser machine in the reception area and you could also get beer on tap. Definitely recommend if you're just looking for convenience/ if you're driving/ looking to stay somewhere near the airport for a budget price.

Rooms were very small, shower was basically in the room, but again, was perfect for a night's stay/ the price we paid so can't really complain.

The staff, manager, employees, cleaners. The Receptionist (César) responsible for the mistake described below (qué no te gustó?) was polite and VERY apologetic during the night when I went down at 2:30AM to complain and also the manager (Pilar) next morning wasery apologetic and reimbursed me for the charges for the night and offered me two free breakfasts for the duration of my stay. The case was professionally and adequately handled by both, and for me a bad but understandable human error was handled well and I will not hesitate to go to the same IBIS Hotel again.

The first night at 02:30AM because of a serious mistake by Reception, two other guests were allocated my room and opened my door while I was asleep. The very polite apologies by staff and compensation offered were appropriate and more than sufficient (see qué te gustó más)

The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating, the hotel was always clean and we had our bed made everyday with fresh clean towels everyday. The location was quite remote but not far from the town by walk and not far at all by car. We hired a car and it was so easy to get to places without being in a busy area. Also burger King is just up the road for a quick snack or massive drink! We loved our stay and are hoping to come back soon.

The only thing we felt could've improved our stay was if the room had a small mini fridge for drinks everything else was perfect!

Location was perfect next to the motorway, private parking. We arrived midnight but greeted by a nice friendly chap , also the young lady & chap on reception at breakfast were again very friendly, they even tried to print a road map of Bilbao, as we were on route to watch Tottenham win the Europa League final . Room was clean , quiet & had AC .

Location is fine, in a more industrial part of the city, but close enough of the center if you have a car. Rooms were clean and quiet most of the time, and the breakfast was really good!!

Parking spots were not enough for the amount of cars and no control if the vehicles parked were from guests or random people.

It was ideally placed for access to the motorways, and had secure parking. The rooms and bed were comfortable for an overnight stay. We had breakfast, which was the usual continental type, with a wide selection of bread, rolls, patisserie, fruit and yoghurt’s. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The sink was in the bedroom, without a separate bathroom.

You always now what to expect with Ibis Budet. The bed is oke, location was perfect coming from the highway. Not really located in Valencia so if you want to go there, look further. But if you want a travel stop this is the perfect hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

There was a lot of dust in the bathroom ventilation, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks or months.

Nice bed, good for my back. I liked the shower cabinet and the light not too bright. Everything very functional. Minimalist but not too sterile.

The price and the size of the ice cream from the freezer. Overall the snacks are so expensive but that is the time we are living in.

The staff was GREAT and super nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

Room was very small but certainly worth the price. No real "bathroom" so you step out of the shower into the room. The toilet doesn't have a true door that closes for full privacy.

The room is basic but has a good sized shower, comfortable bed and very clean. The staff were really friendly from the reception to the cleaning staff. Location was perfect, easy to get to and 15 minutes into the city.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. A small fridge in the room would be a bonus and a better breakfast selection but it certainly wouldn't stop me staying there again. You know what your getting every time.
