We had a bigger than expected family duplex room overlooking the mountains. It felt like having our own independent apartment with two bathrooms and three rooms. Super comfortable beds, stylish and amazing views. Every window looked like a painting. Lounge areas are very immersive with the environment.

The receptionists we talked to were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast food was good quality, but we were not informed we could order freshly cooked eggs or omelettes until we had finished. The room has a nice terrace, it would have been great to be able to sit outside, no outside table nor chairs.

The location right at the slope is amazing, you can go rent skis in your pijama ;) The director was also super nice and even came to pick my up at the train station when the renfe bus stopped operating! Complimentary water in the mini bar saved my evening ;)

There is just one tiny thing: the hotel was quite overheated. I undertsand that for winter time, the hotel should be warm, but it felt way too hot in the lobby and cafe. The rooms were ok, temperature wise.

Last time I was here I wrote a rather negative review, but this time will not be the case. We were very happy wit the staff. We were arriving with a little kid that was not feeling very well and were allowed to check in a bit earlier. Wifi and breakfast were very good and the staff at the bar and play club were very kind

everything was good really. the last night there was a very big storm and there was a bit of water coming in from the terrace door but nothing much although I hope they will address the issue.

Great location right opposite the La Molina slopes. Good amenities around the hotel grounds to rent your ski equipment and also a small shop to pick up some essentials. Very friendly and welcoming staff in the hotel, Double Room was very clean and comfortable Breakfast options available were good. Restaurant decent price for a set menu. The evening bar was great value and nice to have a relaxing drink in front of the fire. Hotel is very warm no fear of being cold within the hotel.

No radiators in the room to dry skiing clothes after a day on the slopes and the laundry service available is expensive. TV in room did not have any English speaking channels.

Spacious clean room with exceptional views. Balcony was good although like other reviews I think a couple of chairs would have made a difference. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Restaurant had a great selection of reasonably priced food and the service was exceptional. The staff spoke spoke good English which was very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a big range to suit all tastes. Underground parking for our bike was convenient.

Great location, friendly staff, room is quite simple, but in very good condition

Coffee at breakfast is terrible Spa is extra 12€ for 40min which is crazy. Moreover the water in pool and jacuzzi was cold (28-30 degrees) and the sauna was out of order. Disappointed by this part.

The staff were amazing. It is a shame the staff in the bar and restaurant did not speak great english and there is no english menu but we could also consider trying to speak spanish. Despite this we did not go without a thing. We willl go back fo sure!

Just not having a member of staff that spoke english in all departments.

Fantastic location very close to the lifts. Good breakfast with chef preparing omelets and fried eggs. A nice relaxing sitting area with bar service for quiet after ski.

A bit sterile, no 4 star feeling.

The location was beautiful! We were pleased with the reception upon arrival and departure. The rooms we had were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking. We would definitely return!
