Unfortunately the second floor of duplex apartments was pretty stuffy as the owner doesn’t allow opening the roof windows. Personnel gave us a fan. It has helped a little. But still my son was forced to sleep on the first floor. Which was great in terms of fresh air by the way. :D

Well equipped kitchen, big living room, great balcony. Comfortable beds, good shower. Perfect location, it's far from the train station but close to the mountains, hikes, etc. 2 supermarkets nearby. There's breakfast and pool at the hotel but I haven't used them. Good surprise that my dog had a treat in the room for her. Really dog-friendly, saw a lot of dogs there, all well-behaved, no issues.

Awesome location, just next to the the ski slope as well as next to entertainment, supermarket or restaurants. The staff is incredible nice, the rooms are fine. Beds are really confortable. All in all a very nice location.

Nothing I can write here, even if I encountered small issues they reacted fast and solved everything.

The extra bag of dog treats, toy and equipment was a lovely addition!

The bed was a little uncomfortable with the springs in the main bedroom. AC and/ or fans would have been great as it was hot

Catalunya was hit by a heat wave. Up here in the mountains it was quite moderate and night temperatures cooled down to 17°C allowing for a good sleep. The 45 m² were very comfortable.

The neighbors were quite loud until way past midnight.

Very well located Room was spacious and cozy There was everything we needed: starting with extra blankets and ending with luggage storage There was a proper heating in the room

The location was very good (would be excellent if skiing)….easy check in with very helpful staff.

Cleanliness was sufficient but not outstanding. The utensils etc were ‘just enough’ for very basic food preparation. I also thought that, at this time of year, €15 to park in an empty garage was excessive. Additionally, the pool and spa charge is too much if you just want a quick swim.

Very clean and cosy apartment, with beautiful views. Dinner was lovely and staff very friendly. Location was superb as it is walking distance from the ski resort. Perfect for families.
