It’s a really nice hotel, it was clean, big bedroom and bathroom, it provides towels, shampoo and soap, it has good location it’s near to the ski area, but I would really point out is the GREAT FOOD the had, my congratulations to the chef and the cooking staff! We ate a lot and really yummy !

The swimming pool lacks maintenance, it doesn’t look like the photos. Bathroom has a weird smells coming from the pipes.

The choice of food for both dinner and breakfast were very good - especially the dinner buffet which was excellent. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally attentive, courteous and efficient and made us feel very welcome. The mountain view from our room was quite stunning

Our only negative comment is that the room was very hot and took some time to cool down, primarily because the window had restricted opening and there was virtually no breeze

The kindness and professionalism of the stuff

The reservation doesn't specify well that the price of the room doesn't include the Spa. Too hot and dry in the room, even with window open and heating off. The ecological footprint of the hotel (water, cheating)

The best of the resort was the staff, very friendly and available. Good breakfast and dinner and good views.

Repair a few things around the property: the steam room and table football were out of order, few broken lights and walls. remove covid collaterals as it looks outdated and not needed. Similar table setup and look & feel for breakfast and dinner.

The staff is really friendly, the breakfast is great and it has lots of options, the spa is amazing too. The room was nice and comfortable.

You can hear everything through the walls and doors. The dinner does not have many options for vegeterian people.

the water in the spa was too cold in winter, so i think they should warm it a little they should have also a suttle or offer transportation (not only for the ski station) from the train stations, they are so far, and I arrived so late in the night a had to wait so long to take a taxi below cero degrees

Breakfast and dinner was great. Staff very helpful. Some issue with the shuttle bus to the ski lift - but the staff corrected the issue quickly.

Spa was expensive - but the pool was good.

Good option to get to La Molina or La Masella. Nice location. excellent breakfast and dinner options at the restaurant

Family room was a bit small

The room was very comfortable and clean. The shower was large, hot and well pressured. A room cleaning service was available daily. Every team member was friendly and happy to assist with any queries we had. There was a transfer service available from the train which was very useful. The menu del dia included in the half board was simple but very tasty and exactly what was needed after a long day hiking. The breakfast buffet was great! A lot of options and a chef cooking pancakes and eggs to order. The site is next to La Molina (10 min drive).

The spa was lovely but for €20 per person, not everything worked. Having a 1 hour time limit (though not overly monitored) felt a little rushed.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and modern and my request for view and double bed was taken which was fantastic. Breakfast was great with good coffee and the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive.

20 euro for 1 hour use of the pool was too much and meant that I didn't use it. The fitness room was not clean or properly maintained which also meant that I couldn't use it however was one of the reasons why I chose the hotel in the first place.
