2 bed/2bath bungalow with fully functional kitchen. Complex has 4 areas with 4 pools/bars, all well maintained… Staff were friendly & efficient… Breakfast was basic but plentiful… 5 minutes to local supermarket & a few bars/restaurants…15/20minute walk to beach/main shopping area if that was what you wanted. Excellent value for money…

Possibly that reception area didn’t have any tourist/car hire/excursion information but I personally wasn’t there for touristy things so didn’t bother me…

Loved it. Place was so spacious, lovely set out and was a complimentary bottle of presecco in the fridge waiting for us 😊 Just out side the bungalows was the British shop and the hip diner. Really well located and lovely place . Definitely 10/10

Booked self catering and it didn't have an oven.. thats the only down side.. didn't go out to eat as it was just for me and my disabled mum who can't walk so was relying on an oven. and was just looking to relax and take in the sun.

Excellent value for money. Staff very pleasant. Apartment clean, comfortable and spacious. Good location, about a 10 min walk from the beach and main town but its a nice walk and there's a good number of shops, bars and restaurants close to the apartments some of which are really good. I genuinely couldn't find any fault with my stay at Castillo Beach. I will 100% come back and stay again.

Nothing. It was an excellent stay. Well worth the money we paid.

Clean bungalow. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure from the shower. Hot water always available. Location away from the pool. Location near to supermarket, pubs, restaurants, etc. Soft bathroom towels supplied on arrival. Outside mini clothes airer but no pegs.

Thin wall adjoining bungalow could hear everything, not good. Was advised on arrival a maid would come in several times during our stay but no one came but honestly for the price it didn't matter. Not enough coat hangers in the wardrobe. No non slip bath mat and no bath mat to step onto when getting out of the bath/shower. Very dated pine furniture but great value for money. We tried to book for next year but we were advised we couldn't book with them directly and booking.com was full ....

this was our 16th time in caleta. found cheap flights so looked for some cheap accommodation. we have never been up the hill but got told it was worth the money and wow was it worth it for the money. £129 for 4 nights. we were not expecting much. but it was well worth the money. apartment was basic but very clean. accommodation was big which we didn’t expect. we will definetly be back.

only downside was that I had 2 T-shirts stolen from my balcony at night. but that’s not anything to do with the resort. I left them overnight and I expect it was someone staying in the resort. not a worker.

Could do with somebody to show where your room is on the large site with 3 or 4 identical blocks each with the same numbers. would be simpler if each had their own ID such as block one two or 3 instead of rather remote names like "Lake" but no sign up to indicate the name of the block. Or could have red site green site blues site . I have been 3 times and each time it has taken me half an hour to find my bungalow after a long flight. Met other people who have had the same problem

Stayed in no 26 2 bedroom apartment at beach great value for money beds very comfortable yes a little dated but absolutely amazing for price no complaints full oven hob microwave kettle toaster fridge. Pools lovely Dino mart Molly's indian pizza etc all short walk and down into the town yes it's a hill but only a 15/20 min walk to beach and shops and restaurants

The price was superb, we had two separate bathrooms as well as two bedrooms..there was a proper oven, coffee maker, kettle toaster plates cups cutlery even a corkscrew. The terrace had full sun in the morning and was screened from neighbours. sun and a sea view.. it was fab. oh and it was super clean

It seems the review will put the negatives first, so i just want to start by saying... it was really good.. see the good section below...and my negatives really are just me being fussy and highlighting things that could be solved... The beds and sofa were not as comfortable as they could be, but again at that price, who cares.. I would have liked things to cook with and bigger mugs. There were only two saucepans, and neither of them could go in the oven. But I think I am unusual in my love of cooking, and this is just me being fussy. The bathroom floor and the bath itself was very slippy, and my dad actually had a fall.. and so non-stick bath mats would have been very useful both in the bath and for the floor.. but I would definitely return as we had never had such a great deal

Lovely spacious apartment. Very clean. Sofas in the living room were a bit old and could do with replacing. Lots of space for clothes. Apartment had no kettle but asked at reception and was there the next morning. Very helpful receptionist. Pool was cold but would expect that in February. 15 minute walk to the town/ beach. On a bit of a high. Walked when going out but got a taxi home, only 3€. Lovely holiday would definitely go back. 😊

Lovely bungalows. Basic, but it's got everything you need. It's less than 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport, and it cost about 13 euros so it was really convenient. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely, although too chilly to swim in (as it was January) and there was a lifeguard! It's about a ten-minute walk into the town, down a little hill, where there are restaurants, shops, and the sea. Perfect for a few days chilling in the sun.

I have no complaints about the accommodation, which was great, especially for the price, but the area is very 'British' so you are quite hard-pressed to find any real Spanish food or culture. The restaurants are all things like steak houses, or Italian or Chinese, and offer things like 'full English breakfast' and 'roast dinner' which might be a plus for some people, but not what I normally look for when I am abroad. However, it was a perfect little getaway for a few days.
