Nice and comfortable hotel, well priced in a great location, Owners constantly messaging (pre-arrival, during our stay, on departure) keeping us informed and checking that everything was to our satisfaction. Good communication and great touch.

Soft beds! Garage key was not given to us. Fortunately, we did not need to access the car during our stay but if an emergency arrives, it could potentially be an issue during the hours that the front desk is not manned. Small room in the 2nd floor with no lift. But both things were known to us, so no issue but might be a problem for other travelers.

The decor and ambience throughout the hotel was beautiful. We loved our junior suite with our own private terrace with fabulous views. The staff were lovely and the detailed messages before arrival were really useful. I will certainly stay again!

We were told we had to arrive before 6pm or there would be an additional charge of 20 euros. We drove from Portugal so that added a bit of stress! The continental breakfast was toast and preserves which were lovely but some fruit, yoghurt and cereal would have been a welcome addition.

My mom and I stayed in the Deluxe Queen Suite (Corredera Suite)at Boutique Suites in April 2025. Our suite was very clean, spacious and luxurious. The property is aesthetically stunning. The decor throughout the suite as well as in the check in area and common areas is so stylish and beautiful. The terrace at the top is lovely and there is a cute self serve bar with very reasonable prices for the drinks. I didn’t have a drink but I did enjoy the terrace during sunset. I didn’t meet the owners but based on their email correspondence they seem very thoughtful and hospitable. After booking I received an email with an e-booklet that provides very thorough info on the property and of the history of the town, things to do, restaurants recommendations, etc. It very well written and I thought it was a nice touch. I don’t remember her name but the very pretty girl at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. She even carried my mom’s insanely large/heavy suitcase all the way up the stairs for her. I would have loved to have had breakfast on the terrace but unfortunately I forgot to reach out ahead of time to request to add it to my booking. The parking is a short walk away and in a safe, secure parking garage. It was spacious and I was able to easily park our slightly large sized rental car in there with no issues. The location of the property is walking distance to the old town. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend this gorgeous place to others. My mom was also very impressed and pleased with the property. We both wish we had planned on a longer stay at Boutique Suites!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Arcos. Don’t hesitate to book. In fact organise your visit around when it is available! The room and whole hotel is gorgeous aesthetically and the rooms spacious -the bed was so comfortable.Lots of excellent information about what to do and where to dine from the owners. The staff really care about you as a visitor. Breakfast was diverse , fresh and yummy. Parking was easy in the nearby underground car park. The location is the best. Communication prior to and during the visit was excellent. Boutique Suites knows the real meaning of hospitality.

Everything! Estrella's & Lucia's recommendations for where to eat were spot on- I recommend taking their advice. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Beautiful place to stay and exceptionally comfortable bed. Our room had a private terrace- we recommend the space and outdoor shower! The personal greeting messages from our hosts were appreciated and the digital guest guide was excellent . A lot of thought has gone into Boutique Suites - and it shows! A thoroughly enjoyable stay and I highly recommend.

The location is excellent, on the main street. As you enter the property through the gate, you are welcomed by a very nicely decorated interior. The house has several apartments and a cozy common area with a shared kitchen. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can relax and even sunbathe. Our apartment was comfortable, large and quiet even if the windows were facing the main street. The apartment has all the facilities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible (coffee, tea, free WiFi, excellent air conditioning etc.)

We would have enjoyed a slightly better mattress with a firm texture.

This is a beautiful property with lots of comfort. Great bed and pillows, our big suite was beautifully decorated. Fridge with good priced items, and complimentary coffee/ tea in the room. It had nice items such as hair conditioner, heated mirror , robes and towel heater which added extra luxury. Breakfast had different kind of nice bread. Wifi connection very good. Nice private garage not far away to store our bicycles securely.

Not easy to get to the front door as there are steps from either side. Staff was friendly but we felt a bit uncomfortable as it seemed like we were on a visit at the royal family palace. It would have been nice if they weren’t trying to be perfect but just more personal.

We loved our beautiful comfortable accommodation. We had the San Pedro Suite and it was so tasteful and luxurious, including the bed; the linen and furnishings. Anika welcomed us on arrival with a cold drink and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Chumina Restaurant just across the road was lovely, with friendly helpful staff. We never used the hotel parking area as we found a great free park on the street right outside the hotel. The location was perfect for walking around the town, and a few minutes walk to the old town. Wow. One of those hard-to-find, uniquely beautiful properties. But bingo, once you do find one like Boutique Suites, you quickly and enthusiastically refer to friends and family. The owners have meticulously thought of every possible need and ensured the highest standards of comfort for a relaxing stay, including but not limited to: on-point communication prior to arrival, easy-on-the-eyes color scheme throughout the property, refreshingly appreciated welcome drink upon arrival, devilishly comfortable bed, high-quality linens and bathrobes, invitingly open and roomy shower (other Suites have a less open layout for the shower area), perfectly placed lighting and several handy outlets for phones, plus a well stocked mini-bar in addition to the complimentary coffee and mineral waters. An open terrace bar and lounge area on the roof of the property offered an additionally perfect sunset view. The generous breakfast graciously served in the well-appointed common area was one of the best breakfasts ever -- with a mix of sweet and fresh pastries, savory local fare, an option of eggs cooked-on-demand, fresh juice, yoghurt/granola, etc. The bar for breakfast was high, especially given the rest of our experience, but it exceeded even our high expectations, and absolutely topped off a perfect stay. (Also worthy of mention, a smart parking option is freely offered to guests. Reserved spaces are conveniently located in a large, indoor parking garage, away from the summer heat and a few minutes' walk from the property. It was a brilliant idea to get our car out of the sun and to get a worry out of our mind!)

Perfect stay. Great hospitality, spacious suite, magnificent design, sparkling clean, generous amount of amenities and great recommendations for local restaurants. This is probably the closest you can dream of a perfect stay for vacation.

The bathroom is wide open - without doors. so if you aren’t intimate with your roommate, you might feel uncomfortable to take a shower. Also a small nit pick, I consider the bed to be a bit too low, so I struggled slightly to get off the bed in the morning.
