The room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. When I go somewhere I just want it to be clean with a decent bathroom. I don't spend the time in the hotel as I like to explore. I will be recommending this place. And the air conditioning was spot on. I was visiting to watch Cádiz in a pre season friendly.

Just the bed. Only because I have a triple fracture of my humourous bone and couldn't get comfortable. For my right arm the bed was too hard.

Traditional, straightforward (everyday, rather than holiday) type of hotel, with the massive added bonus in Arcos of an underground parking garage. Freshly decorated, well-lit room (ours was a twin) with white-tiled bathroom and plenty of hot water. Shower gel dispenser, but nothing else so don't forget your favourite toiletries. Bedspreads, with extra blankets and pillows available. Continental breakfast included. Would stay here again.

The Hotel is wonderful. In a very good location. Personal of the Hotel is great, offering good advice and service all the time. Breakfast (included) is one of the best I have had in a very long time. Hotel does have parking with a very reasonable price and direct access from the Hotel.

The bathroom was a little empty. Maybe some more gels, shampoos and the typical products could give the guest a better impresion, even if the price raise a couple of euros.

It was a super no frills Hotel.And what really made was the two lovely ladies in reception.One was Maria Jose not sure of the other ladies name.But both were exceptionally,helpful,nice and great fun.Pity other Hotels haven't got a similar employees.

Very nice hotel, good value for money. Big room with comfortable bed. It was quiet (our room faced the inner courtyard). It was a 10 minute walk from the old centre but that was fine and thanks to that we could find free parking right next to the hotel - parking would have been a problem up in the old town. So this is a very good base for exploring if you have a car. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

Very good location. Arcos is a small town but on the hill. From this hotel you are just few minutes from the main centre area. The rooms are big and beds are huge (which we appreciated because we are traveling with a baby). Everything was very clean even for our really high standards (again traveling with a baby ;) the receptionist gave us very good tip for dinner, delicious and cheap. The breakfest is good enough considering the price. Good value for money.

There was construction on the street in front of the hotel. But that is not a mystake of a hotel and seems to be finished soon. The floors are little bit croked but we didnt mind that. The shower is very loud. If one is in it the other one hears the noice.

The value is exceptional, especially in the lower season. Breakfast was good as well. Very beautiful room as well.

The bathroom could get some upgrades, but I saw people working at the hotel, so that probably work in progress!

It was a lovely spacious room, very clean and extremely comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, a full buffet of cooked and continental food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
