Good breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff. Very good choice to go with small children once it provides nice activities and entertainment for them. Very good pool and nice location near the beach with good accesses.

Cleaning of the room could be better. It would be good to have a door to cut the noise from the washstand section to the rest of the room.

In the first days, there wasn't Air Conditioner, even the external temperature reached 25 degrees during the day and remained hot at night on the 5th floor, due to the sunstroke.The fridge was old and didn't cool well.

Animacion team and their commitment.. although the kids program was always around the same music themes. Broadway show TOP+++ Magician Naife TOP Mrs Juani from afternoon lunch TOP+++ (as soon as she looked to us she immediately starting preparing butter sandwich to my daughter.. This type of attitude is what makes the difference. Surveillance team from the sliding (2 young men did their job properly with care and attention intervening when needed)

Cleaning sometimes was amazing.. Other times only the minimum was made.. Surveillance team from the sliding (1 man with glasses and long curly hair almost totally absent allowing kids to disregard safety rules) Food/ fish/ dessert always around the same choices nevertheless others excelent options..

The location as it was very close to the beach and marina that has many bars and restaurants.

The fact that my apartment was very small. OK it had a sea view, but it was much smaller than an apartment I'd previously stayed here in, that didn't have a sea view. I had to pay an extra 200 euros for this upgrade and as my stay was quite expensive anyway I don't feel I got value for money. In total I paid £2,293.00 for this small apartment with breakfast. I also found the quality of breakfast food and choices weren't great. Certainly not as good as when I stayed here a few years ago. To be honest I felt I paid double of what it was actually worth. I wont be staying here again.

The food was great but the layout of the buffet was chaotic and disorganized

when I booked it says there as fitness center. but when I asked on reception there is nothing.
