The property was ideally situated, right in the middle of El Born and the place comes alive at night! That said, it did not bother us at all and we embraced it. We had a siesta in the afternoon before going back out to eat and explore. It is close to the metro and there are rental bikes to get about. Most places are a short commute and it’s very easy to make your way back. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a glass of sangria. The property has everything you need for a short stay. The shower works well and the fridge kept our drinks cold.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it is two camp beds pushed together with a very thin mattress, no headboard and one pillow. Also, the aircon is very old and doesn’t work well. We really did enjoy our stay and the place would be great with some upgrades to the bed. These two things would put me off staying again, which is a shame as it’s nice little pad.

It was close to everywhere we wanted to visited and close to transport.

It was difficult to find which building it was. And the app used to unlock the doors said it’s accessible even when offline but not true

Great location, clean and modern decor inside the room.

Nosy (Lift). Difficult to find.

The location was absolutely great right in the center Born. The apartment is very cute with everything you need to cook.

The apartment needs a very big clean, the bedding is a bit dusty, and the shower was not the cleanest. The area is very noisy at night. There is direct access into your room through a lift, and because of this there is constant cigarette and weed smoke coming into the apartment. All our clothes stank after we left And we needed to find somewhere to wash them.

Only a good location.

First of all, there are COCKROACHES in this appartement, after we complained and waited for 2 nights, they offer us another appartement in a different location. Secondly, in the ad they pretend that the appartement is 30m2 but in reality it is much smaller than that. This applies for both appartements. And finally, in the ad they said there is a balcony but in fact there was no balcony. For this they gave us some options and finally they ask booking to refund us half night price for 2 nights only. (But we stayed 5 nights without balcony) Too much trouble for 1 week vacation.

Nice location in the center of El Born area

We struggled to check in and the host was unavailable to help. The flat was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned since the previous visitors. There was not enough hot water for two people to shower, and the hairdryer was not working.

We arrived to the property and it was nothing like the photos that were advertised, tiny apartment - which was the least of our worries. The air conditioning unit had lots of mould built up in it, the walls were dirty and the paint on the walls was damaged. The blinds offer zero to no blackout effect so you wake up super when the sun comes up. To make things even worse you have no sound blocking elements in effect so you hear everything on the streets until about 0400 in the morning. When contacting the hosts for a refund we had to wait a long time for a reply and they only refunded the tourist tax. They had a very unprofessional approach to a problem when we confronted them
