The reception ladies were both lovely. They were really accommodating on our last day when we had to check out much earlier than our flight home. The key codes to enter the property and room worked seamlessly and is much better than having a key card. The air conditioning in the room worked very well and there was ample room to unpack and store belongings. Beds were remade and the room was tidied in general with towels replaced every day without fail.

The beds were not the most comfortable, it's not something that bothers me but just to mention for others. The fridge was a nice thing to have in the room but it was not cold enough to keep drinks chilled unfortunately- I never raised this as an issue as it was so minor and was not essential to our comfort/stay.

Location was excellent - €30 from airport in cab that took 20 mins. Easy to get everywhere - opposite port easy access to beach and gothic quarters. Rooms were modern and very clean.

Accommodation is on first floor. Communal entrance is tired and unwelcoming to block. Not a great first impression. Was not impressed with initial welcome - asking why I had not filled in pre arrival forms. They had been retracted in email. Reassuringly someone arriving the following day rang whilst I was in reception and said the same thing. As a result, the chap softened and was super helpful and keen to please thereafter.

The location was fantastic. The rooms were clean. Great tapas bars nearby. Family room is good size.

Digital key access was troublesome from the start, this was made worse when there was a blackout, we were unable to gain access the hotel, or the hotel staff due to the fact the hotel is in a residential building and the reception is outside the rooms on the first floor. This was an unusual situation, however there should be a back up plan to access without power, also the provision of emergency lighting in the rooms.

the staff were just so helpful and welcoming. really can't praise them enough. room was spatious and very clean. the location is fantastic for wandering around the old city, and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

the only thing to be aware of is the noise at night from the party people below on the street. they were quite noisy! on google some photos of the hotel show a rooftop pool. there is no pool, not sure why these photos come up

Super friendly and helpful staff! Clean and comfy Rooms near the seaside. Room had a fridge free to use and a good aircon. A wide range of Bars, Cafes, Restaurants and Shops are right around the corner or in walking distance. Also 2 Min walking distance to the Metro, 10 Min walking distance to the Beach.

There are Bars / Restaurants underneath at least some of the rooms, so it can be a bit noisy until around midnight. Which wasn't necessarily a problem for us, but I guess it might be good to know if you like to sleep early and/or are sensitive to noise.

The room was very clean and daily housekeeping was nice. Acces to the room was easy with a code and check in and out was seamless. They communicated beforehand to be ready for our arrival. It’s right at the port so a great location and lots of restaurants nearby.

We were travelling as a family and we like a quiet spot at night and because the rooms are right by the port and lots of restaurants, the downside is that you can hear it. Also, the hallways smelled like pot when we were there. This could have been just a one time issue with a guest in another room but again, because we were travelling as a family, it wasn’t a positive for us.

A very clean great location. The staff were very nice. There are literally a half dozens restaurants below. The breeze off the Mediterranean is nice along with the view. It does have a mini fridge. We would definitely rent this unit again.

There is no elevator to the second floor. So carrying luggage is a must. But it’s not terrible. Lastly, the room could have used an iron and board. A little high for what you get.

We picked this guesthouse mainly for the location, and it was an easy walk to the Gothic quarter as well as near a metro station for travelling further. The receptionist when we arrived was very friendly and helpful getting us all sorted with the keys, entry codes, WiFi and local maps. Our room was above a bar, but actually the windows were great at keeping out the most of the noise in the evening so we weren't disturbed.

The room was true to the description online, so the only disappointment really was that they don't have a secure luggage room on site to allow you to leave belongings and explore the area while waiting to check in or fill time before travelling home. However, the reception team did explain the situation before we arrived and recommended locker storage nearby which was helpful.

great location, a little noisy (we were already aware of this when we booked) but once you close the windows you can’t barely hear the bars. the receptionists were really nice, and although they don’t offer luggage storage after checkout, they recommend you an affordable place where you can leave your bags. the room is clean, and the area feels very safe, even at night. would definitely recommend.
