It was an amasing experience!! Hotel is perfectly located, near by the port, city, la Rambla, everything! Rooms are perfectly clean, breakfast is tasty, rooftop is amasing!!! Front desk staff is so polite and helpfull! Especially thanks to smily Bea who helped us a lot! We will always chose this hotel for sure! Thank you for making our holidays perfect!

Staff is great and the location perfect if you want to see the gothic quarter and visit the beach. It's also much easier to get a taxi than other gothic quarter hotels as it's on the main road. I saw many tourist slugging their luggage through the bumpy streets of the gothic quarter. Didn't look fun.

The location of the hotel is great - just opposite the port promenade, several minutes from La Rambla, very close to Barri Gotico, and several minutes walk to La Barceloneta. Almost all Barcelona's main attractions, apart from Sagrada Familia and Park Guell, are reachable by walking, and when metro is needed, the Rambla and la Barceloneta station are nearby. Our room was very clean. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our needs. They allowed us to move to a different room of the same type, which had a better view, and accommodated our request for a slightly later checkout. Totally recommended.

As soon as we arrived, the front desk, specifically Alex was exceptional. The upgraded room was well worth the added costs, room was beautifully decorated and breakfasts were excellent. The location is right next to marina and close to all public transportation options. Top deck restaurant, bar, and two plunge pools was the best place to visit. Can't really say enough about the staff and hospitality of this boutique style hotel. Four star rating isn't enough. Excellent job and well worth the few extra $$$ to stay.

We stayed for a week in August. What a delightful property. This is clearly the best location in Barcelona for a visit; on the edge of the Gothic quarter on the water. Our room overlooked the Marina and the palm-lined Passeg de Colom. It is a very mediterranean feel as if we were in Cannes or Nice. Attractions are all just a short walk in different directions and because it is at the waterfront, it is easy to find rather than hidden in the labyrinth. The bed was very comfortable and the noise insulating windows at the balcony kept the street noise down. Cabs are easy to get for longer excursions; we never waited longer than a minute. The staff was wonderfully cheerful and greeted us every exit and entrance! The plunge pools on the roof also have excellent views and ending the hot afternoon with a spritz in the pool became a looked forward to event. The breakfast is excellent. The decor is elegant and well designed with good lighting which is important to us. The bathroom is spacious with a huge mirror and good shower. The hospitality, sophisticated decor and good food are all we expect from a quality boutique hotel, and with the excellent location this was an excellent value!

The water pressure on the 5th floor was adequate but a little low. A small table in the sitting area of the room would be nice. We improvised one with our empty suitcases and a tablecloth so we could have our coffee each morning. It would be nice if the striking wall-wash lighting on the textured wallpaper could be turned on without also activating the brighter halogen room lights. That would be very romantic!

This hotel is in a great location right by the gothic quarter, La Rambla, and the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere. We are a family of 4 and we appreciated having a king bed and 2 twin beds in one room. The layout was nice and did not feel cramped. We did not realize the pools were plunge pools so we did not use them but we did enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar. Our breakfast was not included in the price but we paid for it and it was nice. It is only 20-25 min from the airport. We enjoyed the location and room so much that we returned for 1 night before flying out of Barcelona. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Enrico for his kindness and useful tips about the surroundings. Welcomed every day with candy for the kids and fresh drinks. Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm, breathtaking rooftop with two small lovely pools and the BEST restaurant in Barcelona with the most amazing view. We ate there multiple times during our stay. Never disappointed. Continental breakfast with quality and local products. Great variety, and very friendly staff. Spacious family rooms. Spotless and tastefully decorated. PERFECT location to discover Barcelona.

Superb value for money. cleaning service om a daily basis. We got a bottle of wine and sweets last night with thank you for your stay card. 5mins from La Rambla and the nearest metro. Close to bars and restaurants. We were there for extended weekend stay and would recommend that hotel. A huge plus were two full-size sofas, so if you travel with teens no complaints on the size of beds (we stayed at room b42). There are 2 small pools at the top terrace, too cold for end of Feb, but would definitely be another huge relief during summer while in the middle of the city.

Don't take it too seriously, though We wanted to watch FCB match on TV, while in Barcelona, but no channels available with live coverage. :-)

We liked the location down by the waterfront and adjacent to the gothic quarter. There were a few front desk people who were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioned room was so nice after a hot day walking around. They also gave us a very warm welcome and goodbye with a bottle of wine and chocolates. As someone who loves a really nice hotel but appreciates a budget, this was adequate for the budget for my stay with 2 children. We felt safe and comfortable.

The shower was so leaky! Everytime we showered there were massive puddles on the floor. We also had a an issue getting our door to lock. We just needed to pull it shut harder but the woman at the front desk wouldn’t come up to the room to help us until the maintenance man came on service for the day. Also, during the maid service, coffee was not refreshed so that is something that we probably needed to ask for special. The rooftop pool was more like a large hot tub (cold hot tub) , so don’t expect a full on pool day like we were hoping for.
