Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location, walkable to harbor/beaches, Gothic Quarter and most other attractions. Staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Convenient breakfast in hotel and bar/restaurant on rooftop.

We loved the interior, the furniture and that all the public rooms were scented. We dined also in and had once room service; the food was on both occasions delicious, fresh and worth a 5 star hotel.

The „only“ aspect that we could critize is that you see the age of the furniture with respect to e.g., there are cuts on the bathrooms door, the floor was at some points damaged, the outdoor furniture was a bit „used“. But for Spanish standards, still a really good quality and we were very happy.

The facilities exceeded our expectations only to be surpassed by the staff at every level from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The staff, especially at the front desk, could not be any more helpful and efficient and accommodating!

It was a very nice hotel. Double windows to keep down the outside noise. Right at the start of the Bari Gotic and easy reach to Barceloneta. The rooftop area was small but comfortable, and the service was excellent. We only had one dinner in the restaurant, but it was delicious.

The beds are a little soft, but each person has their own preferences

There are so many good things I can say about this hotel. Traveling as a solo female, I felt safe and welcome every time I entered the doors. The location worked out well for me and was central to the metro and everything I wanted to do. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and anything I needed was provided quickly (honey for tea, fresh linens). But the best part of the hotel is the staff; they were all really wonderful and helpful. I have to give special recognition to Daria and Carla. Daria was the first person I met when I arrived. She checked me in (I was able to get into my room much earlier than check-in time), and she offered me a tour of the premises. She also sent me a list of restaurant recommendations, which I appreciated. She immediately made me feel like I'd made the right choice in booking Serras. Carla is also fantastic. When a taxi driver overcharged me, she looked into the matter and helped me get a partial refund, and this was AFTER I'd already checked out of the hotel. People who will go above and beyond for you after you're no longer a guest, that is something I will never forget. I can't thank them enough.

The only negative was that I could hear other guests walking around sometimes because of the wood floors in the rooms. I'm a light sleeper, so I'm extra sensitive to noise, but it wouldn't stop me from returning.

Very attentive staff. Was greeted with welcome drinks and chocolate during check in. The staff heard of my injuries sustained earlier the trip and arranged a doctor to come visit (while preparing a vacuum sealed bag of ice). One of the receptionist accompanied me to my room and checked to make sure I am comfortable and showed me how to use the facilities within the room. The room also had welcome snacks together with handwritten card. When called to ask order room service, a different receptionist spoke to me and checked if I am okay and if I needed more ice for my injury - this meant they actually took the effort to communicate internally about my issues. During check out, the staff again inquired about my injuries.

Room was a bit dark even with lights all switched on. The room took a bit longer to warm up once temperature was changed.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever visited. The location is perfect, and the staff were all incredible. Knowledgeable and helpful to the fullest, and incredibly kind. The rooms are comfortable and the roof bar area was fantastic.

Amazing cosy boutique place with tons of attention to your comfort and personalization. Breakfasts were delicious, i loved how my kid was treated. Rooftop bar is always a joy. Cleanness and well-working rooms + superb noise protection. 5 stars +

None, this is amazing place and please do change noting! Okay, maybe learn espresso tonic receipt in the bar for summer coffee junkies like us, but this is super minor :)

Amazing experience all around. From the moment we walked in, we could tell their special attention to detail. The way staff goes about taking care of their guests is exceptional. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was on point every time. The team at this hotel takes great pride in what they do and were meaningful in resolving any issues that came up. Lobby breakfast and the rooftop restaurant with over-the-top flavors. We would absolutely return.
