I never write reviews, but I had to for this place! They went above and beyond for us and our anniversary! Staff are so friendly and the ambience is so beautiful! There are free treats on every floor annd coffee/water/tea at all times. There is even a secret bookcase that leads you to this incredible room in the attached reataraunt! It felt like a movie! I will def stay here again the next time I am visiting! Great location (right next to metro and in the gothic quarter). 20/10 from us! We loved the hotel so much we requested a late check out just to be able to be there a little longer and take the vibes in before leaving.

Really liked the location and that the staff & their amazing hospitality and way of service. Loved the attention to the small details & care. Very cosy and beautifully decorated :)

The location was great but it was a.bit annoying with the loud sounds outside the window on the street because of the pick up trash etc. The negative thing about breakfast is that there weren't many options with warm food.for ex.eggs and also there weren't any vegetables.

Breakfast was very poor, staff super slow and not proactive at all. They seemed like they would not enjoy their job. Value for money is not in balance.

I was so worried after reading the negative reviews and was on the verge of canceling, but am SO glad I didn’t. - The location is immaculate, and the bed and pillows were comfortable beyond my expectations. The hotel’s design is charming, I personally liked the dim lighting. - There are plenty of hangers in the closet, as well as a safe with a code of your choice. I left a couple of hundred Euros on my nightstand and they stayed there, my belongings were safe all throughout. - The staff was lovely, the bathroom was clean and fully functional, there were many nice little gifts for us in the room, too. You also get a brand-new toothbrush. - The toiletries were nowhere near cheap, they were actually hydrating and of good quality. - Although I slept in a room facing the street, the noise level was okay for me and I slept like a baby. My friend is a light sleeper and needed earplugs, but once she got them, she also slept great. - The bar and restaurant ended up being our favorite part as the convenience of having excellent food, drinks, and ambiance right at home was unmatched. Bonus: there is a Lady Dumpling place right next to the hotel, best dumplings in town

The lack of a toilet brush in the toilet is WEIRD. This is the only thing I can’t understand. The hairdryer could be better. There is a slight musty smell in the elevator and from carpets, which I hope is taken care of in the future.

The customer service staff was helpful and friendly. When we presented our passports at check-in, they noticed it was my husband’s birthday during our stay there. We came back to the room on his birthday to find balloons and a little cake with a candle and Happy Birthday card. The room was clean and well stocked. Each floor has an espresso machine, hot and cold water bar style taps and service area. We were able to make our own espresso each morning and fill our water bottles with cold water.

The Habana Hoose/70s/Scottish theme was fun and quirky, quite fun. The lights that come on as you walk up the steps are a nice modern touch. My only complaint is that it is rather dark overall.

Design and decor of the room was cute. I appreciated that they left a small bottle of wine, chips, and a refillable water bottle in the room upon arrival. Extra touches like the free tote bag and bedroom slippers were great. The free coffee, tea and water and small snacks on every floor were an added plus. I paid for the breakfast, which was quite delicious with lots of variety. Staff were wonderful. The location is ideal and very close to many restaurants, bars, and sights.

It was so noisy, even late at night, from the outside. My room was also always cold that I don't think the heating worked at all.

Great location. Very central to enjoy the city and an easy walk to the beach. Very lovely interior design with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and a coffee/water station on each floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our air conditioner broke, but staff fixed the issue within one day.

Since the hotel is so central, the street noise is quite loud. Especially with noise from trucks delivering products or the street cleaning trucks. The hotel kindly provides earplugs, but I would recommend bringing your own earplugs to help you sleep.

We do enjoyed our stay at here. The hotel has a unique style and its quite fun to stay in a cool decorated place. There is a complimentary coffee and snacks bar which is very niceof them to think:) It is def worth to stay here!

The smell of the lift was disturbing due to the dust of the carpet flooring. The lighting in the rooms weren't enough.

It’s in an absolutely awesome location, right by the best part of the gothic quarter. Yet they do a good job of keeping the rooms pretty quiet. Love the furniture and decor, great artwork and tartan carpet everywhere. There’s a cute little tea / coffee station on each floor where you can fill up with cold or sparkling water. Loved that. The beds are absolutely awesome. So comfy. Really important to me as I’m a gardener and I actually often sleep on the floor of a hotel if the bed is too soft. The shower was awesome as well. Staff were great, really helpful. Breaky was good too! As you can tell, we absolutely loved it.

To be honest, nothing. It was perfect in every way.
