Location was amazing for first visit to the city. The hotel felt so safe and secure and the staff were lovely. We had a beautiful room with a balcony and loved the pool/bar area which was a lovely treat after long days sightseeing/walking. Would definitely return as was a short walk to the Barceoneta beach area which we loved and close in the other direction to centre of town to connect to main attractions. We didn't use the breakfast facilities so cant comment on them, but the street the hotel is located has coffee shops, ice cream shops, supermarkets only a few steps away. Very clean, room serviced every day.

Location was OK. Beds were hard and comfortable. Staff, especially the lady at night, was very friendly and helpful Size of room was OK A little funny with the location of the balcony....Just beside the toilet

Too high price for location that far away in Born. Room was too worn for price. Missing an accessible proper full size mirror - there is one on the inside in the closet. Missing proper light for doing make up. If people were encouraged to use the door handles in stead of just slamming the doors early at mornings and late at nights - it would be easier to sleep. Not possible to bring a long your own drinks and food at roof terrace while bar is open, unfortunately - only possible from 22-24. No soft relaxation furniture, only sunbeds and hard chairs. Annoying with the constant pop music, not relaxing - and I even chose this hotel because of the terrace, unfortunately.

Very good location. In the middle of the gothic quarter. 20 mins walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There's a concierge room in case you want to leave your luggage until the check in or after the check out. Breakfast is good quality - price ratio (8 euros)

No refrigerator in the room - there's a refrigerator on the hallway on every floor. No toilet brush. The room could use a little refreshment.

This is a great 3* hotel that should be given a pat on the back. Rooms serviced everyday, fresh towels, spotlessly clean, fab bar on rooftop and pool with lovely views, rooms all a good size, location amazing with shops to get water, food etc on doorstep. Perfect for a solo traveller as I found it safe walking as always busy outside at night. Safety around numbers etc.

The air conditioning wasn't as good as I had hoped and room very hot - fortunately I had a little pocket fan I set up next to my bed. Also I did have a slightly noisy room with no views other than the back of the hotel facing other windows facing me. No black out curtains, just light weight see through curtain, so had the light of the opposite room keeping me awake till 2am. If your a light sleeper like me, it was annoying. Bring eye mask and ear plugs!

The location was great, walkable to most areas of interest

breakfast at the hotel was not that appealing, we went down the first morning and found that it was picked over and not overly exciting so we went out and found a local restaurant that was fantastic. The rooftop bar was so so - we thought it opened at 1pm so on departure day we planned to spend some time and have some drinks. They didn't open until 2:45 and the staff was not particularly friendly. it was a disappointing end to a nice stay.

Our room 106 (on the first floor) was probably the largest on that floor. Very comfortable twin beds. Large bathroom and good water pressure from shower. It was very clean and modern. A free safe was located in the wardrobe. Best part was the rooftop bar and swimming pool area. Although drinks were pricy.

The room was directly opposite the refuse/recycling bins, which were regularly emptied and it was incredibly noisy. Plus could hear passers by and clearly there was an element of street noise. We paid €12 each person for breakfast, but the eggs were inedible and when I asked for some fresh .., the waiting staff looked at me in disbelief! Stale, old eggs are a failure in quality of the breakfast. Plus three staff were stood there gossiping the whole time, as we ate our breakfast and I found this unprofessional and totally unacceptable. Personally I don’t think the breakfast was value for money. Go elsewhere… for a better experience.

The location was great, right in the middle of El Born, by loads of lovely little shops and cafes, bars, restaurants etc. It's a short walk to the metro station but also an easy walk to other bits of the city and down to the beach. The hotel is clean and modern and has an INCREDIBLE rooftop terrace with a cute little swimming pool, lots of places to sit and some amazing views. The room was comfy and a decent size and had everything we needed. The hotel is also doing its bit to be sustainable as the room keys are made of bamboo, not plastic!! I would love to stay here again!

Nothing really! The only thing that could have improved it is if the breakfast restaurant could have been on the roof terrace but it wasn't open when we went up. But it was a lovely stay at a great hotel, I can't fault it!

The location was very good, great to access many areas and transport links. We asked to change to a room with a balcony and they sorted it without a problem. This room was at the front so noisier but much nicer and brighter.

The rooftop bar was a great addition apart from one night when we were asked to move as there was a private party that night. There should have been signs indicating this as it was embarrassing. The table we sat at didn’t say reserved on it.

The location was within walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to see in Barcelona. Additionally, the hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable for 3 people. The staff were terrific and knowledgeable.

One thing that could have been better was the room where you can store luggage. I had a later flight and wanted to walk around the city a bit so I was thankful to have a place to leave my bag, but the basement was flooded, so that was not ideal. The room is also not monitored.
