The service and the concierge was absolutely incredible. Laura and Sebastian went above and beyond and treated us like royalty. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit Barcelona. Beautiful hotel and beautiful people.

The service was unparalleled. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From the moment you enter the hotel the staff made us feel so welcome offering a welcome drink, checking us into our room early and willing to go the extra mile. We so enjoyed our stay there. Thank you for making the trip to Barcelona so memorable.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We loved the location of the hotel since it was not directly on the Ramblas, which is overflowing hordes of shoulder-to-shoulder tourists. The hotel is nicely located near the Plaça Nova and the Barcelona Cathedral, which has several restaurants. The hotel is still within walking distance to the Plaça de Catalunya, which is the hub for the city tour buses. The hotel is also three blocks from the Palau de la Música Catalana, which is an 18th century theater where we saw an excellent flamenco show. The hotel is also located right next to the Mercat de Santa Caterina, where you can by all kinds of fresh food. There are several small convenience stores and a supermarket, and coffee shops (the famous coffee franchise) nearby as well.

The room was small for the price. It could have been bigger had they designed the bathrooms to be smaller. Would have preferred 2 full beds instead of one King size bed.

the interior of the hotel has beautiful furnishings, modern architecture, excellent location with a fantastic roof terrace.

Staff were incredibly friendly and facilities gorgeous with extremely clean rooms. Gym was great and good even better

Externally friendly staff and willing to do the extra mile .. front desk answering quick … one Egyptian guy was very helpful Overall the hotel stuff well trained and genuinely nice

I loved that it was centrally located, and that it had a roof top plunge pool. I also thought the roof top staff were amazing! The rest of the staff were great as well.

I thought that the mattress was uncomfortable. It was old and needed to be replaced. The linens and the pillows however were very nice.

The staff were all extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. We loved the decor of the hotel and the facilities were all superb. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

I would have given a 10/10 had it not been a bit quiet In the restaurant in the evenings. We decided not to eat there as we would have been the only ones doing so which was a shame as I'm sure the food would have been excellent. (Obviously this isn't the hotels fault, just our experience)
