Excellent location in the heart of Barcelona that was a short walk to many points of interest with a lot of good restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable, the room had black out shades which was nice if you didn't want sunlight in the room too early, nice size bottles and well stocked mini bar, great cocktails in the lounge and pool deck. A great pool deck outside on the top floor with nice views and an infinity pool. Both restaurants had good menus. Staff was very friendly and happy to assist with any needs.

No desk in the room, no rooms with a balcony and like many properties in Spain, wish the sound proofing between rooms was better.

The hotel location was superb, apart from the roadworks right outside, which were noisy, dusty and meaning that some taxis etc would not venture close. The room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and lovely fresh fruit. The staff here were also excellent.

The noise levels due to some works going on underneath our bedroom was pretty dire. We couldn't really use the room for rest during late afternoon or morning due to it. Together with the roadworks, we had a less than perfect stay, which is what we expected for the price charged. It would have been nice to have been warned about this prior to arrival.

A lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The staff, the facilities were very good. I loved the rooftop pool and the latte they served.

One morning we arrived 15 mins before breakfast closing. They already packed up the food and they started a team meeting in the middle of the breakfast area where some other people were still having breakfast. I think it was unprofessional and not respectful. The wifi was not working well.

We had a corner room. It was spacious and modern. The bathroom facilities were well appointed. The room was comfortable and well appointed with everything a guest could want even a hair straightener. The staff were fabulous. They couldn’t do enough for you. Moraine assisted me with some tickets I booked and remembered me to check the next day if the tour went well. The Concierge was so helpful I consulted her numerous times. Breakfast was also outstanding. I couldn’t rate this hotel higher.

Absolutely nothing.

This hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a lovely and attentive staff. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable, providing a restful retreat. The facilities are exceptional, particularly the stunning rooftop bar and pool. Ideally located, the hotel provides easy access to the vibrant shops, charming cafes, lively bars, and beautiful beaches of Barcelona.

Although this is a five-star hotel, I have experienced four-star hotels of a comparable standard. The ongoing road works outside are audible from the rooms, which I believe should be reflected in the pricing. Despite this, it remains a great hotel, and I would happily stay there again.

We had a corner room, which was beautifully decorated and clean. The bathroom was well appointed. The hotel is very central and the Reception staff, concierge and Bell Boys were all very helpful. In one case, a Bell Boy went about 200 m up the road to try to get a taxi for us. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the roof top terrace and had several meals there too.

Empty bottles (water) and milk jugs were not collected from our room and more thought could perhaps be given to female guest bathroom requirements.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, we had the bigger room based on a corner with lots of windows, the shower was the best we have ever had, no pressure problems or temperature fluctuations, The roof top bar was lovely to sit and look out over the city and the food was lovely. The staff all over the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is situated just behind the Cathedral and a few minutes walk to La Rambla, a perfect location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel tried to cancel our booking 4 days before we travelled due to refurbishment works not being finished, however it was quickly sorted out by the reservations team.

Super attentive and thoughtful staff. Little details like a coffee offered while we waited for our room to be ready were lovely (we were early for check in but they worked hard to get us into our room.sooner than planned.) the terrace was amazing and the reservations for sunbeds was brilliant so no one hogged them all day. Great location and everything super new and luxurious.

Not much to be honest! All fantastic. Only small comment was some of the finish on the room wasnt perfect - a wooden strut came off in the bathroom but think these are teething problems. And the concierge's dinner recommendation was very touristy - maybe difficult to please everyone I guess but would have been good if she had asked more questions about what we were looking for.

The location is great, close by to many places and a Metro station that allows you to explore the city easily. There are lots of restaurants nearby and everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were amazing, from our check-in to check-out everyone we encountered was wonderful, really helpful and friendly.

The Italian restaurant's food choice was poor and for that reason was always empty. The room service menu was also poor, you'd expect basics such as fries and a burger but it did not seem well thought through.

This is a chic city hotel. Perfectly located. You are right in the vibe . The roof top pool and bar is so cool. It's better to stay in the city in Barcelona than on the beachfront . Far more interesting things to see and do. And you can always go down to the beach when the mood takes you. This hotel will make your visit to Barcelona special .

Nothing not to like . But if you decide to book this hotel in summer please be aware that how the beds at the pool are allocated . You need to book beds in advance and you can only have a bed for 2 hours max. The system actually works nicely ..... but please just be aware of it.
