The room was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds, including a handy fridge and kettle in a fantastic location. The daily room cleaning was excellent The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful

The hotel was quite pricey, rooms being on the small side. The extra charge buffet breakfast was plentiful, but the hot food selection was cold, our first day we asked for fresh eggs and we were told, no, finished, even though it was within the time, The second day the eggs were brought out (at the same time) but not hot. On occasions the room had an odour

The location was fantastic. We were literally steps from the Metro And as soon as you walk out of the hotel you are in the middle of everything. That was awesome The breakfast was fresh and varied. Room was small but very comfortable.

The morning we left the entire Gothic quarter was closed off for a marathon race and we were unable to catch our flight. It was a disaster And cost me thousands of dollars extra to go home. I would have appreciated it if the staff had informed us and the other guests At the hotel about this situation so we could have avoided it.

The best part was the easy communication with the staff and their friendliness and respect. We asked in advance if we can drop our bags at the hotel before our check in, because we would arrive very early and the staff prepared our room to be available at our arrival, so we got to check in at 9:00 instead of 14:00. At the end of our stay we left our luggage at the hotel and enjoyed our day before our flight. The staff called a taxi for us and were the most helpful. Also realy loved the location!

Bits and bobs: - you could hear what was happening outside and unfortunately we caught 2 protests while there and were woken up but it passed quickly, - at first we didn’t have a toilet brush, but we asked at the reception and they gave us one

The hotel’s location was perfect—just steps away from the station and La Rambla, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. While the hotel itself was a bit small and lacked a pool, this wasn’t an issue since I was traveling in winter and didn’t need outdoor amenities. Despite that, everything else was fantastic. A special thanks to the hotel team for their exceptional service in locating my lost passport and even upgrading me to a balcony room with a lovely view. It truly made my stay even more enjoyable!

I prefer hotels with more space, such as a large lobby and a pool, but this one was manageable. Its excellent location, close to the station and La Rambla, made up for the smaller size.

Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It was close enough to the main streets that it was easy for our taxis/transfers to pick us up. There was some road closures one day due to a rally nearby and it was an easy walk to the hotel from where we had to get pickedup/dropped off since our shuttle couldn't come to the street. I would stay here again.

Our rooms were facing the street and on the 3rd floor. It wasn't noisy every night but the late night party goers were definitely a little annoying some nights.

We liked the hotel's location, the fact that it was clean, and that the staff was friendly. On the last day, after check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours so we could enjoy a walk. The room had a safe (service included - no extra fee), but the key had to be requested at the reception.

For a 4-star hotel, we didn’t like that there were no disposable slippers, especially since the floors were marble. At the beginning of our stay, in early September, it rained, and it was cold to walk barefoot. Even in other conditions, slippers are necessary for hygiene.

I have never seen a hotel staff like this one. They where amazing. Where do I start with the staff, Andrea is amazing and thank you Andrea for your suggestions in Barcelona your advise made my three days there even more enjoyable. Abanoub was amazing at night and helped me with my cruise down he Nile in Egypt next Marc h with fantastic recommendations. The beautiful Asian girl (I am so upset I can't find her name) Showed me how charge all my belongings. I was clueless how to put my name tag on my luggage for the Celebrity cruise and they did it for me. What an amazing place with amazing people.

The location was fabulous. It was perfectly situated to explore the city of Barcelona. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were 9n the 4th floor and it was very quiet.

We had the buffet breakfast which was vast. The cold options were exceptional, but the hot food was not as hot as it should have been. Which was a minor issue. The coffee was great and there was more than one coffee station, also the toasters offered hot toast when needed. For those that enjoy a Cava with orange or on its own it was in abundance.

Fantastic service from the start. I called to ask if it was possible to check in early which i needed to be in the property to confirm if there was a room available we were welcome to do so. Otherwise they were ready to keep our luggage until it was the time . We were then received with a warm welcome, all members of staff at reception were exceptional with customer-driven , very accommodating and they helped us with our luggage and walked us to our room. At check-out , our train was due late in the afternoon and with no trouble they kept our luggage safe in reception so we were able to enjoy Barcelona for a bit longer comfortably . About the room: I thought it was top class with even an extra bed , the views from the balcony were amazing , perfect location at the centre of the city we found everything within walking distance ( La sagrada familia was the longest walk but, gothic quarter , the beach ! ). Safe, big bathroom, mini bar and kettle with tea, milk, coffee ) Big bed size

This is the first time I have given 10 to the hotel. I was.n9t feeling well during my stay, and they gave me a room when I arrived at 11 am, and late check out at 13:30, on departure. The guys on the reception gave a lot of recommendations from where to get a medicine, to how to get to some landmarks I wanted to see , and it general were very nice.

Maybe it would be nice to provide tea and coffee, not only on day 1. But again, I asked reception, and they were happy to offer me a tea.bag late in night.
