Location is excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - suggesting great restaurants and making sure we were comfortable. The loft room was a great size and space for a family of 4.

The initial room we were given had a leak in the bathroom but we were immediately moved to another room while their maintenance people dealt with it - the staff couldn’t have handled it better.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean, modern and the kids even had separate beds which can be hard to find. The staff couldn’t have done more, they were helpful and very polite.

The only thing which would have helped is air con in the main bedroom but as it was open plan it did cool down - it was just slightly warmer than the other areas.

Location suited our plans for this trip. The concierge service was exceptional. Cecilia helped with lost luggage, daily planning and anything we asked for.

The modern styling of the rooms was nice but we found the lighting of the space to be lacking. Bath could use a few hooks for clothing and other items. No shelves in the shower so everything had to be placed on the floor.

Boutique place • centrally located to main throat places • walking distance 5 to 10 min the most. Raul and Lucca were the best hosts ever. I will definitely stay with Mercer Barcelona again and looking forward to visit them in Madrid when the new place is done.

Nice location, quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms. Breakfast was simple but enough. Lots of little shops and food options nearby. Overall, a very nice stay and would recommend for families.

Not a bad thing, just a heads up: the elevator is small (won’t fit a stroller open). So families with small kids or people with lots of bags, just be prepared to collapse the stroller or do multiple trips if you want to use the elevator.

Lovely quiet oasis in the heart of the city. Fabulous room. We stayed in a suite which had plenty of room for our family of 5. Friendly helpful staff. We loved a glass of wine on the roof terrace at the end of the day.

We found the hotel a little tricky to find. Parking/ driving in Barcelona is a pain but this not the fault of the hotel in any way.

Staff was amazing. Nice to have a room that fit all 5 of us. Most hotels don't have rooms for 5.

The cot was broken and incredibly uncomfortable for my son.

Room size is very good. Location very central.

The rooms require more light. They should install ceiling lights. There is no power plug next to the bed. Other than that everything was very good.

Location: Easy walk to many attractions. It is difficult to sleep at night with lots of bars nearby, but that is the price if you want to be in the centre. Beds: Super comfortable. Breakfast: Not much to offer for 15 Euro. Service: Excellent. Staff were very helpful if we had any questions.

Noisy at night. Replace shampoo/soap when empty. Offer water to drink each day.

Great location- walkable to many attractions, nice breakfast, large rooms.

Nothing- everything was wonderful. possibly unsafe late at night in dark alleys, but we were not out very late.
