Location suited our plans for this trip. The concierge service was exceptional. Cecilia helped with lost luggage, daily planning and anything we asked for.

The modern styling of the rooms was nice but we found the lighting of the space to be lacking. Bath could use a few hooks for clothing and other items. No shelves in the shower so everything had to be placed on the floor.

Boutique place • centrally located to main throat places • walking distance 5 to 10 min the most. Raul and Lucca were the best hosts ever. I will definitely stay with Mercer Barcelona again and looking forward to visit them in Madrid when the new place is done.

Nice location, quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms. Breakfast was simple but enough. Lots of little shops and food options nearby. Overall, a very nice stay and would recommend for families.

Not a bad thing, just a heads up: the elevator is small (won’t fit a stroller open). So families with small kids or people with lots of bags, just be prepared to collapse the stroller or do multiple trips if you want to use the elevator.

Lovely quiet oasis in the heart of the city. Fabulous room. We stayed in a suite which had plenty of room for our family of 5. Friendly helpful staff. We loved a glass of wine on the roof terrace at the end of the day.

We found the hotel a little tricky to find. Parking/ driving in Barcelona is a pain but this not the fault of the hotel in any way.

Location: Easy walk to many attractions. It is difficult to sleep at night with lots of bars nearby, but that is the price if you want to be in the centre. Beds: Super comfortable. Breakfast: Not much to offer for 15 Euro. Service: Excellent. Staff were very helpful if we had any questions.

Noisy at night. Replace shampoo/soap when empty. Offer water to drink each day.

Staff was amazing. Nice to have a room that fit all 5 of us. Most hotels don't have rooms for 5.

The cot was broken and incredibly uncomfortable for my son.

AMAZING location in Gothic / Born. Front desk went out of their way to be nice and helpful. Historic building and quirky rooms (we stayed in the Mercer House for about a week before walking the Camino and for a night when we got back; stayed in 2 different rooms).

Our room had a non-functioning kitchen, but we didn’t know that so loaded the dishwasher… all moldy… may have set off the cough I got (non covid :-)). Bummer to have a kitchen but not be able to use it. The bedroom in the first room we stayed in did not have outlets next to the bed so you had to unplug the light to plug anything else in, and it was a little dark. And expensive - but GREAT location and staff.

Room size is very good. Location very central.

The rooms require more light. They should install ceiling lights. There is no power plug next to the bed. Other than that everything was very good.

Location was great, but on a not automobile street. You will have to be dropped off a block over and walk, which was not a problem for us. We walked everywhere and was a great place to stay if you want to see the Gothic Quarter. Aircondition was cold. Rooms were comfortable and large and clean. We liked staying here.

The master bedroom had 2 twin mattresses pushed together that slid around instead of 1 large mattress. It was odd. The main room had a large mattress.

Great location. Very nice room. The main bed was amazing and the living room and kitchen were spot on.

The extra bed they had for my son was the worst. It squeeked all night and was very uncomfortable.
