The location, staff, and facility were wonderful! Everything was very clean and It was a comfortable stay! It was also so convenient to get around everywhere! I would come again and highly recommend staying here to others!

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the complimentary cake and champagne for my fiancée’s birthday they provided—it was such a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was quite small, with limited space for luggage and belongings. Cleanliness was good, though not excellent, and the bathroom and shower area could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, made memorable by the staff’s kindness and the great location.

Firstly, the hotel is in a great location, we knew the area already from previous visits so we were really happy to be staying here. Check in was very efficient by a lovely member of staff, Enrique. We were given a fabulous room (803) with amazing views. It was my birthday during our stay and without us saying anything to any staff we were surprised by the delivery to our room of a bottle of Cava and a very delicious piece of chocolate cake. The rooftop bar was an added bonus with the great views. Cannot fault anything about the hotel and are already talking about our next stay here.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

Truly an amazing hotel! It’s located on a wide street near the Gothic Quarter — a very pleasant and charming area. The hotel itself looks stunning, with a stylish and modern interior that really stands out. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side, but still very comfortable. We appreciated the little touches like a choice of three pillows for maximum comfort, cozy bathrobes and slippers — everything you’d expect from a high-quality hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. The bathroom amenities were also top-notch — great quality cosmetics. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again!

Small room but clean and nice. This is the first hotel that actually had shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion! None of the other hotels had these. Friendly and very helpful staff, so to say I do not remember their names now. But would like to thank the morning staff at the reception for their help in getting us checked in earlier than the check in time of 3. Also there is a metro station right across the street from this hotel, with was a boon for us to travel to Sagrada Familia and Park Gruell and some other places in Barcelona.

The bathroom door would make a loud creaking sound each time we opened and closed the door. There was also a lot of road work happening right outside the hotel and there was this horrible sewerage stink as soon as you stepped out of the hotel door. But thats something the hotel is not responsible for. Why was there such a nasty smell anyway?

have stayed @ the hotel 10+ times Location is most important for me as i like the area and is accessible for what i wan to experience in the evenings after work breakfast is simple but a good selection , staff very attentive I asked for & received a front facing room - sound proofing was excellent as it would have been needed as much expansion work going on on the roads all around Barcelona especially Via Laeitianna- has been ongoing for many years but did not detract at all from the stay. Front desk check in / out was efficient & simple and very courteous staff.

The location was exceptional because it was on a main street and easy to access by car. Some of the smaller streets in the gothic quarter get backed up and it really adds time to your trip. You were less than 10 minutes from most anything a tourist would want to see and walk to. The room was above average with comfortable beds and complimentary water daily. The breakfast was on the high end of hotel breakfasts and was a little pricey but very nice. A VERY nice touch is that they give you a glass of cava upon arrival and have little snacks or coffee in the lobby whenever you come and go.

Apparently when someone smokes in their room, all the fire alarms in the building go off and that's a shitty way to wake up. The hotel staff appears to know this happens and does nothing about it.

The reception team were all so lovely and friendly. We loved the extra touch of being offered a drink on arrival and they have a table to treats also at reception for example baked goods, jellies. It was well received after a long morning of travelling. We were also given leaflets for local attractions and resturants. The location was absolutely perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle but so close to everything! Our room was the perfect size, and the coffee station was replenished every day. The made up bathroom pack was also such a lovely touch! And make sure to take advantage of the rooftop terrace it is spectacular and we didn't even go to see it until our check out morning, I hugely regret not keeping an evening free to have enjoyed the sunset here! It's a fabulous hotel and I will be recommending to everyone!

We loved everything! There's was construction going on outside the hotel but once indoors and windows kept closed you couldn't hear anything.

Loved the location, the rooms were great, bathrooms a good size and modern, wonderful shower/tub - after a long day walking the hot water rain shower was perfect. Roof top bar wonderful for the arrival day- beautiful view of the city and gothic quarter. Next to Metro stop, so easy!

I’m a strong critic of mattresses. Essentially, I’m paying for a place to sleep, recover and rest. It’s not good if the mattress is sub par. I find this is usually the case and it was true here. I sat on the mattress and could immediately feel the springs popping, it was cheap and disappointing for all the other loveliness and ‘boutique’ qualities. If you can sleep on anything all the more power to you. If you can’t, reconsider.

I loved where the hotel was located. So close to everything, the staff were wonderful and so helpful and made our stay welcoming. The room was lovely, the beds were very comfy. Would definitely recommened here. And also cannot wait to go back.
