The apartment is in a great location, very vibrant authentic old part of town that is all narrow laneways and tiny shops and apartments, and there are so many delightful bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from within minutes of the front door. Also close to hand is the Palau de la Música which is an absolute must see, and L’Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella. In addition the are a number Metro stations nearby which provide easy access via the wonderful Metro system to all parts of Barcelona. The apartment itself is small but serviceable. It is in an old building so there are compromises, such as only access is via narrow stairs and the layout of the apartment is not open plan. However it was very comfortable and relatively quiet except from the occasional neighbour returning late and being a bit noisy on the stairs, but this was minor and did not detract from our enjoyment.

The bathroom was a bit dated, but functional, and the kitchen was tiny but contained most things we needed.

The location is super. It's inside the old city quarter so many historical site and museums to see within walking distance, Palau Musica is just 5 min away. In addition, the more modern things like the aquarium and art museums are not that far either. Metro and supermarket are within walking distance as well. Plenty of restaurants, tapas bars and basically many things around to eat. Definitely recommended. Amenities well provided. Kitchen comes with utensils. Bed was comfy. The kids claimed the sofa as their throne. Nice insulation. We barely can hear noises from outside when we close the windows. Definitely nice experience. Will come back.

There's no elevator so having a big luggage will be a bit of trouble. There are things for cleaning but there is no product to clean with. There is a mop and a bucket, but no cleaning product to clean the floor. Would be better if its provided. There is a safety deposit box but there's no guidance of how to use it. I tried to use it and ended up with 15 min alarm ringing. Unfortunately the customer service at 24h service didn't know what to do and how to use it too.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was exactly as described (even better in real life) The beds were comfy and when the balcony doors were closed there was no noise from outside. The aircon inside was really beneficial. The shower was fantastic and all the kitchen appliances and electricals were really useful. Really quiet apartment on the whole apart from few times some of the other apartments doors banged shut.

Slight delay with the taxi picking us up. We stood not knowing whether they were coming or not but with some texted communication we got there. We were given the wrong code to enter the main apartment building but after a quick phone call that was very quickly resolved with no issues.

The apartment was lovely. Very much what is shown in the pictures. The location is great, with lots of shops and restaurants that are within very short walking distance and easy access to busses and subways too.

The only downfall to this apartment is that noise in the stairwell carries a lot. With travelers arriving at all hours and the doors to the apartments and the outside being very heavy, you could hear banging and voices whenever people came in and out. This was fine for my partner and I, but if you're a light sleeper or traveling with little kids, it's probably something to consider.

Very attentive staff, nice little apartment slightly out of busy area so nice and quiet but easy to walk to everything. Train station just a few blocks away takes you anywhere. Well equipped for two, everything you need and clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Lots of nice places to eat within 10 min walk, groceries nearby. Also has a washing machine in the apartment.

Didn’t bother us but there is no elevator. This is only on the second floor but stairs are steep if you have problems with stairs.

It was clean and there was a nice sun terrace. Great location with everything available with all the modern utilities.

I had to request the key code and the room wasn't ready on time but that was sorted quickly. I didn't like the fact we had to pay a deposit as this wasn't explained and we had to remove our own rubbish - felt like a air BNB not an apartment It was really loud at times. The bathroom door slides therefore you really need to go with someone you are familiar with.

Everything was perfect and exactly like description. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and very well equiped. We contact them only once regarding an issue with the tv and they solved the problem really fast and were super friendly. We had a great time there and will certainly repeat and recommend!

Location close to the city center. Clean apartments.

Located at the fourth floor with the narrow staircase. A lot of garbage on the street.

loved the location and flat. it had everything you need, the terrace was great too. one night the door code wasn't working suddenly and we were helped immediately by staff.

i think they forgot to clean the sliding doors, they had some weird stains but that's minor.

The location was perfect and the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay.

we would have liked a duvet rather than just a bed sheet and the apartment block can be quite noisy at times especially when people slam their doors till late night.
