Stuff was great, check-in went well, and it was easy to understand. Location is good. It's near bus stops, grocery stores, and restaurants. They have a washing machine and a dryer which is important while you are traveling. The kitchen has all the essentials for your cooking. Also, I like that I could leave my baggage after checking out for a few hours.

Everything in the apartment was well organized and designed, but I would add one more mirror. The reason I am saying this is that the only mirror was in the toilet, and girls like to have a full-length mirror.

Superb location and staff. The welcome was excellent, no problem finding the place. There is always someone at the reception, if you need help there is always a member of staff. The staff is very careful to respect silence at night, and it is important because there is a lot of noise until dawn. The location is in the historic centre, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the market. The room was small but clean and tidy. The bathroom and shower were great. The window overlooked a very nice little square.

The only flaw is the room is really small even if nice and cleaned. Even if there are some dishes and a microwave, given the very small space, it is really difficult to cook something.

The location was great, and having a pizza place open until late right across the street was a nice touch. There are nearby brunch spots and markets, and it’s within walking distance to the metro. The bed was comfortable, and the overall vibe of the room was quite nice. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, and overall, our stay was pleasant.

I wasn’t aware that we had to pay an additional €350 deposit on top of the total price before entering the facility. Keep this in mind before making a reservation. It seems the deposit will be refunded after the check-out process is completed. In addition to this, I can say that there is no adequate heating system inside for colder weather.

Great location.

It requires some refreshment. There's a big deposit required, and many housekeeping activities (like even emptying garbage bins) are expected to be done by the guests. If not done, the deposit is used. I can understand the deposit to be used to mitigate the risk of damage, but not for cleaning up the dishes and emptying garbage bins. It's not the cheapest apartment, so some basic services I would expect to be covered by the price already

I loved the location and the size of the room, it was perfect for two people and good space for suitcases and things and such.

It felt slightly out of shape but nothing that would stop me from recommending or going back. As I’m sure it is just things caused over time like little things like the shower drain was draining slow, but it was truly a wonderful place.

Location was fantastic, walkable to mostly all the main sites in Barca. Great facilities in the kitchenettes, TVs etc all there for a comfortable stay

If checking in late (after 6.30pm) do the self-check in a few days before arrival & they will leave the keys in a dropbox at the apartment and email you instructions to get in. 2nd bed was a pull out couch - bit uncomfortable, would be better as just a normal double / king bed

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the city center, and there is everything around it, the bus, metro, restaurants, and markets, and close to most of Barcelona's beaches. Note that the hotel is located in the middle of the popular lanes, as you live in the eighteenth century. Everything old is around you, and this is what we were looking for. It will be nice to have laundry room for washing clothes

The bed was comfy and there was no issue with the bathroom facilities. The location in El Born is great, next to many coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the check in/check out process was smooth.

The apartment faced on to a busy square and so there was quite a lot of noise during the weekend. The walls are very thin as well and I could easily hear people in the room next to me. Also, the wifi was very weak and I was unable to work without issues.

The apartment is in a secure building and the entrance door can be unlocked using a room key card- very convenient. If you are a proper explore and come home just to rest after a long day out, the room has everything you might need. Small, but cosy. There are a lot of small supermarkets and cafes nearby, metro, just 5 min walk.

If it's the weekend, it's a bit noisy for quite a while as the people are enjoying cafes nearby 🙂 The contract is very strict and if you are checking-in late in the evening, make sure that you read everything they send you in advance.
