Lovely staff. The room was cleaned every day and they gave us clean towels every day. The bathroom was very big. The hotel had free coffee and fresh and sparkling water. The AC worked without the key card so it was cold when we got to the hotel and it was very refreshing after all the walking in the sun. They made me a small surprise for my birthday even though we didn’t say anything about it and it felt special.

The room was a little small but we didn’t mind it that much. You have to get your keys from the other hotel - 2 min walk so it wasn’t that big of a problem

the place is located near the zoo, metro station and around 20-28 mins to the center of the city. Only the thing I liked is hospitality and the service + free coffee/tea. If you are planning to travel Barcelona for a short stay, this is the right place for you. And don't forget to check the room sizes, they have too many options. By the way, quotes, naming they do is so amazing too.

the room we booked a bit smaller but it was just right to spend nights during the rainy days.

We like the position, 10 min from the beach and front park, we use the transport only once and the rest we walked everywhere. Also the comunal coffee area, with treats tea fresh water and coffee was a nice pleasure. The smell of the room was very inviting!

A bit of confusion on the reception location, if you change address on the app will be easier, only two plugs on top of the bed, slightly unconfortable.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. When we arrived the room was well heated. The hotel is very nicely located in El Born with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. It‘s also not too far from the beach. The price per night was higher during the new years period than it was in July, when we first stayed there, but still good value for money for Barcelona standards. Especially because there is free coffee and tea! And if you have some budget left over you can visit the spa nextdoor (it‘s quite pricey though).

Some of the facilities in the rooms need a little updating and the walls are quite thin.

Location is the best. Has become my go-to hotel when I’m in barna for that reason. Room is comfortable, big, nice balcony and QUIET which is so rare in barcelona. They have tea, coffee and filtered still and sparking water on tap in the common area which is so useful

All good. I’d recommend paying extra to upgrade to the deluxe double. For about 20eur it’s a big jump and balcony is lovely. - I’d suggest adding a little mini fridge in the room

The room was very clean and comfortable In a very good location. The staff in the reception area which is 5 mins away from the hotel rooms are incredibly friendly they helped us out and the luggage storage was very useful. The hotel has WiFi and we got given a tote bag and some lollies. The bathroom was clean with a very good shower and bath setup. Our stay was perfect after a long day visiting places to come back and rest properly. The air con was easy to use. The hotel price is expensive but for the area and the size of the rooms it was adequate

Unfortunately the outside area has homeless people a few metres away from the entrance but this is due to the shelter being outside. They did not give us any trouble

Location was great. Lovely bed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Balcony was a nice addition. Liked the communal area with free coffee's etc and the smoking area.

Was slightly confusing having to check in at the hotel around the corner. Sometimes our key would play up and we would have to buzz the hotel to open the door. Would like a fridge in the room.

Everything was perfect. The accommodations were prepared great, even some small welcome present was included! There is free great coffee with cookies in the hall, everything is very stylish, clean, branded shampoos etc - endless aesthetic pleasure. And the location is beautiful. We spent just 1 night there but I would love to stay for more

Noting bad noticed

The hotel is in a great location (park, restaurants, coffee, bus stop - everything in close range), comfortable beds, nice staff. Check in/out and breakfast in Chic & Basic Born Boutique Hotel around the corner). 10-15 minutes to the beach.

Disadvantage of rooms are thin walls so if you have loud neighbourhood you can hear them.

The neighbourhood location was excellent but the walk from the Metro is not exactly near as the check in is in a different location. Hopefully that will be addressed in future. Rooms were clean and atmosphere cosy.

Going to another location to check in and check out especially when it rained as there were puddles and no overhead shelter.
