The location, staff, and bed. The location was super great, 13 min from Aerobus station at Plaza de Cataluna if taking a bus to/from the airport, and walking distance to Barcelona Nord bus station.for a day trip Picasso museum, Boqueria market, Cathedral de Barcelona, Casa Mila, Casa Batllo,and so on. The staff is at the front desk 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable not too soft and not too hard. There are small shops for veggies/fruits, coffee, dessert, bread near by.

The shower head didn't stay down and water got out of the door and the bathroom floor got wet. It was simply not easy to control. I wish there were enough hooks and drawers or some sort for us to hang or place stuff on.

Excellent staff so helpful every day. Really good breakfast, Vegans were accommodated OK, they brought us some additional biscuits. Clean & Modern hotel. Our room at the back was quiet enough, number 37. They have us a fan on request. Near the start and finish for Barcelona Marathon. Good transport links from the nearby Arc De Tromph.

Being March time they consider it winter so the air conditioning can only be used to heat, not cool the room, so we needed to request a fan. The beans at breakfast were always cold, even immediately after they'd been brought out. The cereals at breakfast weren't Vegan. And nothing is labelled for allergen purposes, there is no signs at all which I'm surprised is allowed.

The location is in a lively and historic section of Barcelona. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It's close to the Picasso Museum and the Barcelona Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was good and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Cezar.

In such a beautiful city, I was taken aback by the drabness of the hotel - monochromatic brown and not a photo or picture in sight. Also, no phone in the room - need to call the front desk through WhatsApp. But, the room was simple with the basic requirements and the cleanliness and general thoughtfulness of the staff made up for any drawbacks.

Great location by the Gothic Quarter, easy to reach a lot of interesting places, lots of good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi. Managers were extremely helpful and friendly, gave us a list of restaurants and each one we tried was indeed very good.

Minor: The bed pretty much dominates the room; no real view (window looks into back of building). Maybe the deluxe rooms are better for this (we had a standard). Also, we hung up our towels to indicate we would re-use them, but they didn't dry (not enough air flow, I guess) even though we left them there overnight. But all was well because the manager promptly gave us another set when we asked.

The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. The maids were very nice and pleasant, rooms clean. The location is perfect, quite area but close to many places. Mattress was super comfortable! Breakfast was incredible and great value. However, if you are vegan you will not be able to eat there, there are not enough vegan options. Anyways we enjoyed our stay there and will totally recommend.

The elevator was very slow... There was one time we waited 5 minutes until it arrived at our floor (our baby was less patient than us). Anyways, it is not a big deal. This hotel is great!

Location was great, only a few minutes away from the Cathedral and Placa Catalunya. A lot of cafes, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, recently renovated, large bathroom with amenities, daily change of towels. There was a personal handwritten welcome note in the room. Extra surprise: They noted from my husband's passport that during our stay was his birthday and on that day they offered us a bottle of champagne to celebrate it!!!

We had an amazing stay in Musik Boutique Hotel. All the staff provided excellent customer service, especially Cezar (good communication skills and always smiley). The room was quite spacious, clean, comfortable bed, built in speakers with bluetooth connection even in the bathroom, modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, there is a wide selection of sweet, savory food, fresh fruits, juices, everything you need in my opinion. We highly recommend staying here. PS: I really loved the attention to detail from the staff: I got a special surprise for my birthday (which was even one day before our arrival).

Staff was highly professional yet friendly and helpful! They helped me arrange to leave a gift bag for the guest checking in. Such a hidden gem in a central area. Everything was amazingly clean, in great shape, and they came to clean during our stay. I loved the easy wifi access and bluetooth speakers. good quality bedding as well

It would have been a 10/10 but there were construction workers coming in every morning at 8am to do loud work right outside our door. I wish we would've been warned of this when booking, and I believe rooms should be discounted during a time of construction. We had no choice but to wake up every day at 8am because of the banging and loudly talking right outside of our door. Also frustrating that some ubers/taxis wouldn't drive up right in front of the door, so we had to walk through parts that felt sketchy at night.

Exceptionally friendly staff especially those on the welcome desk. The room was very clean and fresh with bathrobe and slippers. Relatively quiet location but easy to access the metro/bus and walk to gothic quarter.

Rooms are on the smaller side but was adequate for a solo traveller. Might be more of a squeeze with two people and 2 suitcases. I stayed in single room (double bed) with balcony.

Excellent location in historic centre of Barcelona close to Cathedral Square and Palau di Musica with convenient access to Metro. Room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The generous breakfasts included some cooked options as well as the usual continental breakfast items. The front desk was manned 24/7 by staff who were very friendly and helpful, spoke good English and were able to give sound advice about local restaurants and attractions.
