Lovely place! The room, the ambiance, the colours. Everything is very stylish! The room was big, with comfortable beds, fridge and air condition. The lounge was perfect place to socialize. The ,,happy hour,, was a nice surprize. Even we couldn't get in time for it we just loved the ideea. The staff was very welcoming and ready to help you with everything you need. The hotel is close to Montjuic and near by bus station and subway. Definitely I recommend this place.

Breakfast was good but not varied. The same food everyday makes you get bored but you'll not die for sure. The elevator didn't worked during our stay and it wasn't pleasant to carry veavy luggage up and down three floors. It was the only less pleasant part of our vacation.

The staff were outstandingly nice and so helpful. The broadband was great after an initial problem which Erika immediately sorted. The room was large and comfy and the shower was always hot and great water pressure. The fridge was also very useful. There is no breakfast as such but in the reception area there were free drinks, muffins, fruits, yoghurts and more which you could help yourself to. The decor was nice and modern. Location super, we walked everywhere and there were literally scores of bars, cafes etc on the doorstep which was really nice.

It could be a little noisy in the evenings but they did provide earplugs. I noticed that the price was a lot less if I'd have booked nearer the date - would've cost me half what I paid (which was quite a lot for 4 nights).

Great place to stay for the weekend. I want to start by saying that we arrived quite late, after the reception had closed, but we were warned about this and sent all the instructions on how to get to the hotel and how to check in, a pleasant surprise was that we were met by the night concierge, he was very kind and helped us with the check-in. Another pleasant surprise for us was that the price included breakfast, although this was not indicated when booking the stay. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and accommodation in this wonderful hotel, I also want to add that the hotel is in a great location, all the sights are within walking distance. So we definitely recommend staying at Casa Vaganto.

The location is excellent right next to the metro, but also the area is a little more residential. I was able to pretty much walk everywhere and catch the metro when needed, which actually wasn’t at all very much. The staff are also very helpful.. It’s close to multiple amenities, including a laundromat. Water, coffee, tea, and snacks are readily available at reception throughout the day.. The towels were lovely and fluffy, and my bed was made perfectly every time!

The lift was a little bit tricky at one point I couldn’t call it to the second floor where I was staying, so I had to go down to the ground floor get in the lift to bring it up and then load my luggage.

Very nice place. Yes, the room is small and generally a bit worn out, but stylishly decorated, there are good cosmetics, a comfortable bed, a free snack in the morning in the form of croissants, yogurt, tea/coffee, tea and yogurt/milk/juice/beer from the fridge can be used at other times. We arrived late in the evening and were met very kindly by the night porter, he told us everything and showed us around. The location is also great - close to the metro, the old town, the harbor.

A bit tight and a bit worn

The images on the site are correct and everything was as expected. The staff was great guiding me through the self checkin, although I never met them in person. The bathroom amenities are nice. They provided earplugs.

Use the provided earplugs! Noise doesn't generally bother me but as the feedback states, the street is a little noisy. The bed was not bad but rather strange, like sleeping on a sponge.

The guest house is very well located, just on top of paral-lel metro station, so easy to get around. Close to main attractions and Montjuic. The rooms are of a good size and clean. Good showers. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I wasn't prepared that this is not a normal hotel, it is more like rooms arranged on several floors in a building. There is a reception on one floor with a desk and they leave breakfast food out (very helpful), but not any room to sit and eat the breakfast. It's not an issue as there are good cafes nearby (365 downstairs is good coffee). For what oyu get, it seems quite expensive (but I think everywhere in Barcelona is really overpriced).

Very well located at 30 seconds from Parallel metro station with two lines to center, marvellous staff, very nice room, small coffee and juice bar at reception, all needed in the rooms. Felt nearly home which was great.

Due to the location in a living area and the big place with a lot of coffees some of noise late on WE evenings but really ok and even had single use noise reducer provided in the room so if looking a landlord area in a busy town this is not the good choice but all was perfect to me

Very friendly and helpful staff, even for a late check-in early in the morning, great location, bus and metro to go downtown directly in front of the building, clean rooms.

We were there during the week in march. I can imagine that in the summer time and on weekends it could be a little loud if you want to open the window with the big street and bars/restaurants around. We did not have a problem with the noise though.
