Nice apartment near the metro and Montjuïc. There is a small kitchen to cook a little. Clean. We have been there during the blackout in Spain in the end of April 2025 and there was electricity and internet.

No furniture on terrace/balcony like on photos. Kitchen is not comforfortable for cooking, not enough kitchenware. No hand soap in the bathroom. Would be nice to find some minimum staff for short stay, like salt/sugar. Hairdryer was not able to work before I cleaned it from the dust. There is no air extractor in the bathroom so it is very humid there. Only possibility is open the window. Reception is in another building, you have to walk with your bags for check-in/check out.

Great location, the appartment is located near the gorhic quarter, near the local stores, shops and food. Good size of the appartment for family of 4 with 2 children. There were exactly 4 spaces for adults which is goot. It has all the necessary stuff you need for the stay. It's perfect for just sleep over and walk around the city. It is really good one and i am recommending it.

We were at appartment 3 and it doesn't look like the ones from the picture. The beds in the living room are a bit worn or they might just need to be washed up. I would recommend that it would need always to check before the next customers that there are essentials like knife, handwash in the bath, rubish bags and the bath sink is not blocked.

Bright and spacious apartment in a great location

The building is a block of flats so it wasn't that obvious to find initially and there is no reception at the address on the booking so we had to phone the owner to come and meet us to go to the reception around the corner. This should be made more obvious on the booking. Also would be handy to have washing up liquid and a bottle opener. Especially as it states there is a charge if dishes are left dirty!

Apartment was in a great location, within walking distance to many nice areas of the city. There was a sofa bed in the living room and a steel windy stairs up to a double room. This would be unsuitable with younger children. Lots of space, clean and had a nice spacious balcony.

The air con upstairs was very poor so upstairs was quite warm. There was a fan provided.

Very good apartment with an equipped kitchen. location of the apartment is very good, you have everything available near you. It provides ample space and balconies with a nice sit-out. Please note that the apartment is 2-story. there are 2 bathrooms but both on the upper floor.

Nothing as such except the fact that both the bathrooms are on the upper floor.

Everything was wonderful. Host is very kind man who give us a very quiet apartmant. Very large apartman, a lot of space, very comfortable bads and pillows, very clean, wonderful kitchen. Very nice location, everything was great. We will come again for sure. Best recomendation👍

Located along the Av d Parel.lel, only 2 mins walk to Metro station and it would take you to all the sights. Different kinds of Tapas Bars and restaurants along the avenue, and supermarkets were closed to location. The apartment sent out clear instruction about how to reach and steps to check in. Had Left Luggage service as we arrived early. Staff at reception desk was helpful. Apartment in good size, clean, with balcony. Facilities were just right for a family of 4 to stay for a few nights.

Noises from the Theatre opposite to the apartment occasionally. Most of the time was quiet.

large windows, good facilities, and great central location and close to metro

Nobody met us at location, and there were no directions or address made available to the reception office around the corner until we had installed a Europe SIM card and logged in to Booking.com after the event. Also there is a metal spiral staircase between kitchen and bedrooms, which wasn't large enough to carry cases up, and no good for 80 year old legs.

The beds were very comfortable, everything was quite clean and all apartment came equipped with an iron, some pots and pans, cutlery and towels amongst other things

The showers were very small therefore were difficult to use

Good location near metro, bus and supermarkets / fastfood restaurants, 10 minutes to the Rambla, possibility to leave your luggage, spacious rooms, balconies and terrace

some kitchen equipment was missing, worn pots and pans, no toiletries in the bathroom, broken lock on the bathroom door, cleaning and garbage collection was missing - but everything could be handled well
