It was a fantastic hotel with very good location near to both La Ramblas on one side and Montjuic mountain on the other side. Amazing breakfast with fresh orange juice, nice cheese and meat plates, different pastries, a kind of English breakfast, yogurts, flakes, fresh fruit exactly as in the photos. Nice touch was that tea and coffee with sweets and pastries are free throughout the whole day in the hotel. And small pleasant things like sweets and complimentary bottles of wine and water in the room also give you nice feeling. Very assisting personnel, clean rooms and nicely working air conditioner did their work quite good. By the way NO smell of canalization or the like was felt there which is the case in many hotels in Barcelona as I understood.

the staff were nice

the exhaust was not working and upon inspection there were dust bunnies in it. we didnt bother to complain since we were only in our hotel at night and leave the the next morning to go around barcelona. we were then messaged that we broke their window and wanted to charge us €300. we didnt even open their damn window since the room was not cold enough and the building across us was residential and you could literally see people inside. i wouldnt recommend for this reason.

This was our 5th,6th time staying at the hotel, so as usual loved the location, the room, and of course the breakfast which was as always excellent.

I was quite negatively surprised by one reception staff in particular (the girl with the longer hair)- she was so extremely rude. I requested early check in when we arrived at 11- she said it was not possible without even looking at the computer or asking for my name. After my insisting to have a look which she has not done, she said she had better things to do. She kept being extremely rude throughout the checkout- rolled her eyes at me! All the other members of the staff were great as always- especially the younger guy working at the reception.

I truly find myself at a loss for words when I try to express just how wonderful our stay at that hotel was. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everything was meticulously arranged to ensure a perfect experience. The ambiance of the hotel was inviting and warm, allowing us to feel at home right away. The accommodations were nothing short of exceptional, reflecting both comfort and style. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the thoughtfully designed spaces, contributed to an atmosphere of relaxation and joy. However, what truly stood out during our time there was the incredible staff. They formed an exceptional team, showcasing professionalism and genuine care in every interaction. Each team member we encountered was not only supremely polite, but also went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. Whether it was a friendly greeting in the morning or their thoughtful attentiveness to our needs, their kindness and dedication made our stay truly memorable. In summary, we could not have asked for a better experience. Everything during our time at the hotel was simply perfect, and it is the outstanding service of the staff that truly made our visit unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Serhs del Port in Barcelona and had a great experience. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the port, Las Ramblas, and public transport, which made exploring the city very easy. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a nice variety of fresh options to start the day right. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of Barcelona.

The only downside was the check-in process. Although I was told check-in would be at 3:00 PM, I wasn’t able to access my room until 4:30. I arrived early and they kindly stored my luggage, but the wait was longer than expected and a bit frustrating. Still, aside from that, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We were extremely pleased with the hotel and the staff. First of all, it was very clean everywhere, for me this is probably the most important thing. The breakfast was very good, it has everything you need and you eat very well. The staff at the reception was great, everyone was very kind and friendly, they always helped us with any questions we had, we are very grateful to all the staff. The cleaning staff came into the room every day to clean and change towels which is very nice. The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is wonderful, everything is very close to you. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Location was great: close enough to important touristic attractions and yet in a quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds. Room was equipped with everything (except for a fridge) and very clean, sheets were impeccable white, bathroom shinning clean. Breakfast was very reach in options with good quality products, many of them freshly cooked. There was also an espresso machine and a professional orange juicer. Staff was really friendly and professional.

From the window of our room we could see a nicely designed inner court which meant it was quiet, no noise coming from outside. However, we had no clue about the weather outside and we felt a bit isolated. Also the space between the tables at breakfast was a bit small.

I recently stayed at Hotel Serhs del Port in Barcelona, and overall, it was a great experience. It’s also just a short walk from Las Ramblas, one of the city’s most vibrant streets, and well-connected to public transport, making it easy to get around. View: If you get a room facing Montjuïc, you’re in for a treat! The view of the hill, especially at sunset, is lovely. Montjuïc is one of Barcelona’s most famous landmarks, home to parks, museums, and the impressive Magic Fountain. Staff & Service: The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations or any requests. They made check-in and check-out smooth, and their warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience.

The bathroom was modern and clean, with a nice bathtub, which was a plus. However, the shower setup was frustrating—the fixed glass panel on the side of the bathtub made it awkward to use and limited movement. It wasn’t the most convenient design. The room could use a bit more lighting, especially for those who need to work in the evenings, as the current lighting is not sufficient.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The hotel’s location is just a short walk from the city center, which made exploring so easy. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety every morning. The entire property was spotless, and our room was cleaned to the highest standard every day. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would gladly return.

Location, very clean, nice front desk people and booked us a leaving taxi, lovely water and wine in room with chocolates, was offered champagne in the sister hotel on the roof top bar which was nice, when we arrived we was shown a map and pointed out features and the metro system and to be aware of pickpockets

Beds was okay but a little hard, a little more cozy and softer beds would have been nice, breakfast was a little expensive and some things was dry like the fruit, so didn’t get another breakfast, the ‘taxes’ on departure are not clear with the booking which I thought I already paid, was very expensive end to my trip.
