Spacious apartment with two toilets. For a family of 6 it is ideal. Location 10 minutes from the Rambla and 10 minutes from the port. Good location from which it is easy to get to any corner of the city. Nearby there are many shops and cafes. Right next to the house there is a funicular to the mountain and a metro station.

The street where the apartment is located does not seem very safe at night. But this is a common problem in most tourist places in Barcelona. The neighbors were very noisy, and the smell of grass from their apartment was even in our kitchen.

The location is very good, nearby the bus station and metro station, close to the Boqueria Market and the Lambla street. The room is quite new and big enough. McDonald’s is beside. Full of restaurants.

There is no soap for the hands and shower at all. There is no hair dry. If you want to use, you need to ask the reception. But there is nobody if you come back to the hotel after 21:00. If you need to check in after 21:00, you might pay an extra fee.

We like the person who we dealt with...always open,friendly and willing to help. The apt was in the back off the street...a must because noisy and smelly street. Apt was very clean with all essentials with nice flat screen TV , washing machine...every worked and nice smell...I would go back to this apt...was quiet in the back...7 floors 4 Apts on each floor..metro outside the door...metro are super clean, v efficient and new. Lidl grocery store 5 min walk which was fantastic.

I did not like the location because noisy traffiic and smelly sewer grates along roads but for the nice apt., it was tolerable...5 min walk to beach was fantastic. Small unclean things: light switches, curtains not hanging nicely and when you sit in toilet, you notice the dirty spots...ie corners were gathering dirt...but sparkling fixtures....more attention to cleaning the sides of cabinets in bathroom and kitchen...but as said small details from a health professional clean freak....I liked the flooring...was clean...no carpet.

Great location, Metro and Funicular nearby. Everything is comfortably furnished in the apartment. There are enough kitchen utensils Terrace - although the rules don't allow it, you can have a big and good party there Quiet neighborhood ...... Windows to the yard, you can open them at night The staff is really good and helpful. Helped with all questions. By the way, rooms with terraces are only on the first floor. There will be no wonderful view from the terrace. However, this terrace really provides a lot of comfort for those who need it. The apartments above have large balconies

Small things, but I want to mention The cutting board and knife were missing. There was a knife, but it was intended for cutting bread, it was unusual to cut other products There is no information on booking.com that there is a reception in the building. And that the reception takes place as in a hotel It's just a little thing

Spacious, good for a family of 4. Great big patio if booking ground floor as we did, kids can play and kick ball safely, outdoor furniture is a big plus. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine works very well. Rack for washings outdoors and under the roof if need be. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Price is good and way more reasonable compared with hotel offers in vicinity for small studio sized room with or without kitchen. And most importantly - location is just perfect, walking distance to all 1000 places to visit and things to do in Barcelona. Totally recommended!

Clean and big enough apartment. Very easy access and walking distance to gothic town and others such as the Metro station of Paralel. Paralel Metro station has the access to the funicular for Mount Montjuic and also line to Barcelona Sant which is the main station. Apartment has tv also kitchen with some utensils for light cooking and of course a fridge, microwave and oven and washing machine too.

It is on a main road so it is noisy at all times if you have an apartment facing the street, it didn't bother us that much. Something to be aware of. Eyes mask and ear plugs are a quick fix. Watch out and don't get lost on some dodgy streets heading towards the Gothic town. Main bed is two single beds joint so that is a pain, and there is no couch in lounge to sit and watch the tv.

The apartment was situated in front of the Paralel Avenue. It wasn't dirty as many claim, the towels and other utensils were clean and fresh. There were some basic items in the kitchen (plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, some pans etc.). All the appliances were in working condition. The people who run this place were very friendly, spoke perfect English and were glad to help or answer any questions. The only thing some people may complain about are the working hours of the reception. I would recommend this place to people who want to visit and sightsee Barcelona as it's close to many monuments and is perfectly connected by subway to other parts of the city. It may seem a run down district at times but I guess it's something to get accustomed to.

What bothered us were the other tenants who were loud and were constantly leaving the public areas dirty but that's nothing the owners can change.

Big and spacious apartment. Big kitchen with all facilities, Dining area combined living room.. 2 sizable bedrooms, good for 4 people combined with 2 complete bathrooms. Location was almost perfect; 10 minute brisk walk from La Ramble or the harbour area.

Showerhead in one of the bathrooms was not attached to the wall and was just hanging. You had to alternate showering and washing. No real effort on interior decoration; not very homey or cozy.

We read plenty of reviews and mostly of them are negative, but we had a good time and we enjoyed the property. When we arrived, we had clean towels, apartment was clean and prepared for guests. It is very close to Las Ramblas and harbour. We really enjoyed the property! That’s 10 from us and thank you very much.

They don’t have hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. But we read the reviews before and we bought ourselves. So that’s not a big issue.

Nice central location. Right of the metro and only one street behind the ramblas. Comfortable sofa that can easily double as another two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffeemaker, kettle for tea, fridge and freezer. Even a washing machine and drying rack for laundry on the balcony.

Barcelona has some issues with its sewage system. And despite being in floor six you could smell that. No plug in the bath and the shower curtain warrants replacing. Noisy but considering its in a busy area atop a theater not over much and def quiet enough to sleep past 12
