Top rooms, good breakfast, vety good and friendly staff

Watch out for the Opening-times of the Spa. We couod not use it at all. Spa opens only at 5 pm to 9pm and was totally closed on Monday. Very sad🥺

The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is extremely clean.

There were no sandals and only one bin. But thats it. Other than that its a very good hotel

The atmosphere was very nice and friendly. The hotel will need a few renovations soon but our feeling is that everything was still functional and comfortable, good value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful (from the reception to the restaurant/bar). We got some great tips from the breakfast buffet staff(Irina) regarding some hikes we could do. We had lots of fun at the bar of the hotel . We enjoyed our stay a lot so we extended it actually for 2 more nights. Will definitely visit this place again Was a really pleasant surprise, especially that we initially had booked another hotel in Benasque, that had the rudest staff ever and we had the feeling that maybe this is how people in Benasque are, but they ware the exception actually.

The hotel was exceptional: clean, big rooms, very comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was great: nice, helpful, professional...everything. The installations were great, the swimming pool, the gym, the spa...

Nothing, everything was great.

A lovely hotel just off the main streets of Benasque. The value for money was exceptional! Pool not very large but quiet with nice places to sit on the grass and terrace outside. We had to leave very early for a bus, so they laid on a basic breakfast for us at 05.30.

Spacious room with lovely view of the filelds and mountains, although out of a small window. Good variety of food at breakfast and most staff very helpful. Hotel is close to all the amenities of Benasque. Free use of covered pool. Large free car park.

The whole building is in need of renovation........the rooms are dark and carpeted and the flooring in the pool area needs replacing. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The pool is fairly small and there is no booking system, so it's pot luck if you can get a swim in. It is not really outdoors as part of the main building but with a cover they can pull back...this means there is no scenic sunbathing area to take in the stunning views of the Pyrenees. Our room was under the eaves and had no balcony ad only a small window. They have a great location so the rooms could be so much nicer.
