BOOKING.COM TWIN ROOM DESCRIPTION - false advertisement provided by booking.com in regards to this room facilities : "Balcony, Terrace, View" - issues reported, live/face-to-face, to the reception staff that confirmed the followings : 1. twin room in this hotel has absolutely no balcony, nor terrace (twin room has a sliding window in the room and another small one in the bathroom) 2. description "issues" comes from booking.com -> hotel has no influence over it - booking customer service was informed accordingly on 30.05.2024, using all possible/known communication channels, but since now, 09.06.2024, no reply/no action/no contact has been received

All is good. Even more so considering the price. Breakfast is delicious and bed comfy. Hotel is close to the railway station, Estacion Del Norte in the very center of Valencia is only one station and ten minutes away. I'll be going back to the hotel soon.

It's a little noisy for a few hours from 10 PM. Hotel guests going to their rooms and happy people passing by on the street. Later on it's quiet. There seem to be groups staying in the hotel on a regular basis, but this is hardly noticeable except during breakfast.

The hotel Is in a quiet area 15mins drive from Valencia and you can park for free in the street or pay 8€ for their private parking. The bedroom is big and comfortable, we paid for a double and we had an extra bed too. You can rest well as it's not noisy at all. The breakfast is amazing! Good quality products and plenty of options. The pastries were delicious. The reception staff was very helpful and polite. They have a wood fire pizzeria at the hotel restaurant and they made really good pizzas!

The mattress was a bit too soft for me and could be renovated.

It was very clean with really nice breakfast. Staff also very pleasant.

It was very dark in the rooms with big air conditioners in front of the window. It was impossible to be in a room without air conditioning. Our bed was in a very bad condition, was very creaky and the mattress was also in bad condition.

The stuff was super helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was very tasty.

At first, we received a room with minimal sunlight and a window facing a different room from the inside of the building. Luckily, after asking the very hospitable person at the reception desk, we've received a sunny room with a 'regular' window view.

rooms are spacious, breakfast is good. location is ok, 10 minutes walk from train station to center of Valencia ( 7 min, 1 station)

the AC from other rooms are on the balcony, so it is a bit noisy at night

Clean facilities and location was alright. It’s not central but easy to access. Breakfast had good variety. Decor of the hotel was so creative, and staff was friendly and helpful. There’s private parking and there’s an outdoor area if anyone would like to eat outside.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast is buffet style, basic but sufficient. Location close to the airport. Garage parking available if you travel by car.

No refrigerator in the room which is a big minus in august in Spain. Restaurant was closed in august so we had to find dinner in the neighborhood

Room was comfortably large and clean. The bed setting was very nicely meet our request. Breakfast foods were good.

A group of young students were very noisy into early morning.

Very warm welcome. Receptionist was a great advertisement for the hotel. Also breakfast was really good value

It was further out of the city than I realised. Although the town of benetusser is actually quite pleasant
