Hotel is very clean, tidy and the beds are comfy. Bathroom is to a very high standard. Roof top bar and the views are incredible.

Buffet style breakfast was very poor quality. Had a ham and cheese toastie as was the only thing that was reasonable. Very poor quality bacon, sausages and hashbrowns. Shame as the hotel overall is brilliant just the breakfast is a let down

The cleanliness of the rooms, hotel facilities and entertainment areas was excellent, we could not fault that at all. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful indeed. We had a massive all day reception and festive board there on the Saturday and the food & service was amazing, we could not fault that at all.

The room that we was in was 4102 on the 41st floor with excellent views along the whole of the beach line albeit the room needs updating especially where the fridge is, as the cupboard has mould around the bottom corners as I presume the fridge has leaked many time times in the past. The bathroom has a couple of tiles missing that needs replacing over the shower entrance and shower rail is hanging off the wall. The breakfast was very basic and kept running out of food and all nationalities had to keep asking for the trays to be replenished. We ended up having breakfast outside.

We asked for a high floor and was given an excellent room on floor 41. The room and balcony was very big and the views all the way to Calpe and beyond were fantastic. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed here twice and would probably stay again. It's a fair walk to the old town, about 45 minutes walking slowly but taxis are available, but we enjoy walking so no problem.

I feel unhappy to say this (because the staff are excellent, but the food isn't great. It's adequate but other Benidorm hotels we have stayed at have had much better food.

The facilities were all clean and well kept except the outside entrace where the carpet was very dirty. Breakfast was exceptional and the entertainment was good.

As mentioned the first impression at the entrance was not very good. Staff during checkin and checkout were efficient but not very friendly to foreign visitors. I witnessed a very unpleaant exchange of words between a staff member and a guest who requested some assitance as she was dyslexia and couldn't read some documentation.

. We booked for a short weekend break away. The hotel was very well situated and although we went for a relaxing weekend there was plenty going on for everyone if you were looking for things to do.. We stayed just for bed and breakfast. The staff were helpful, food was good and even had English tea bags for those English tea drinkers. We are already planning to visit again a bit later in the year. The hotel is very large (43 floors) therefore caters for very large numbers but for the amount of footfall it's kept very well.

We had 2 moans to ourselves, the first one was at the busiest times of the day breakfast and evening dinner where there was a wait to get into the lifts (shear amount of footfall at peak times) all trying to use the lifts at the same time..we waited on the first morning for about 15 minutes stuck on floor 26 trying to get into the lift. Our second moan was the food was a little cold on the second morning and I couldn't see a microwave? I had a quick scan for one but couldn't see it, could have asked a member of staff but felt they were rushed off their feet so chose of to bother them. If there is a microwave I apologise in advance.

most things. the view from the room was spectacular, the room itself was well furnished and clean. the restaurants and bars were good value.

the wifi in the rooms was intermittent and poor. on booking.com website it says wifi is free. it is in the reception area, but if you want better quality you have to pay a supplement

despite being a help yourself breakfast it was often cold and slow to restock the items as like most hotels the toaster took about 4 goes to get bread slightly toasted lol and at the busiest times tables slow to get cleared I will stay at hotel again but not take the breakfast or food option

Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional.

All the TV stations were in Spanish language. Please consider at least one in Portuguese and one in English. You have many guests that speak both of these languages who I am sure would appreciate.
