A renovated old building with lots of character but minimalist at the same time. Our room was small but perfect. The toiletries in the bathroom were gorgeous. Most fantastic staff members - especially Enrico? who gave us heaps of information about where to go and where to eat. Every interaction with him was lovely. Then on the day we were leaving another staff member called us a taxi and then when it didn’t arrive she used her own initiative and followed it up - would not have got our bus to Seville without her input. All in all, a really great stay in a special place.

One of the highlights of this accommodation is its location, right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by bars, restaurants, terraces, and many of the city's main attractions. Although car access is understandably tricky or even restricted in such a central area, there are parking options just 2 minutes away. The rooms are quite small, but thanks to the very high ceilings, we never felt cramped. The bathroom, on the other hand, was surprisingly spacious. The interior design was a big plus as well, especially the LED lights behind the bed that cast a soft glow on the stone wall. This detail really enhanced the atmosphere and changed the initial impression of the room. Facilities are well-suited for short stays, or even medium-length ones for those who prefer to travel light. Another great feature is the rooftop terrace, accessible by elevator, which offers a small panoramic view of the historic center. It’s definitely a place I would gladly return to!
A few minor downsides: the terrace hours could be a bit more generous, and although we had a cool summer evening in Cádiz and appreciated the warm bedding and pillows, that might be less comfortable during a heatwave, though the AC would surely do the job. Storage could be a challenge if you're carrying large suitcases or lots of luggage. We booked about two weeks in advance, and although I would happily stay here again, I’d definitely try to reserve earlier next time, as the price was quite steep.

Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I really appreciated the convenience of having a large room available to relax in before or after check-out, as well as the lockers for storing belongings. The reception staff were all super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant.
I was surprised to see a significant price difference between my first and second night—a 43-euro increase, which seemed excessive. Also, on the second day of my stay, housekeeping knocked aggressively on my door at 11 a.m., despite the “Do Not Disturb”, insisting that I needed to leave immediately. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was unsettling to have my rest interrupted like that. A bit more attention to detail in such situations would go a long way : )

Everything is just impeccable. The whole complex is brand new. It's beautifully furnished and decorated. The man and the woman who are running the place are down-to-the-point helpful and extremely pleasant. The place is in the historical center but with the new windows you have no problem with noise. AC is terrific and the WIFI debit is perfect. A small fridge is very convenient, and the bathroom is to copy and try to make something similar at home. Spotless clean...everything, and for those who care, yes - there is a kettle and a few coffee/tea-bags. Booking should add an extra box for the exceptionally good. 10/10 is not really giving this place justice -- it's more like 11/10 : )

When New Meets Old. The room is a blend of ancient with new construction which makes for a truly unique experience. The receptionist was delightful. He gave us ample information on where to eat and what to do in Cadiz, including volunteerily coming to our room to change the thermostat reading to the English language. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Old Town Cadiz. It was extremely quiet in the room.
Parking. We paid $25 euro to park in and underground parking facility and walked 400 meters to the hotel. However, there are no other options for parking given the nature of the narrow streets and inability to park on the street.

Other than the things mentioned below, everything was fabulous. And extra points for a super nice receptionist who went out of her way to acommodate our needs. Comfy beds, clean, great location.
There was a very strong blinking light on the firealarm every 2 seconds, a dtrong light from the TV while off and a light from the fire esxape sign (all in front of and above the bed) it was impossible to sleep without an eye mask. Also one of our rooms fid not have a window, only facing the hallway.

Overall atmosphere is really good, very comfortable bed, amazing staff and perfect location
Didnt enjoy the small green light in the ceiling of the room, there was no way to turn it off and gives some kind of annoying light all the night ( i guess is by law as an emergency light) In the bed i only had the flat sheet, and even if its not cold at night i prefer to have something else to cover specially considering its October. I realized once i was ready to sleep and was difficult and a hassle to request something else to the reception.

A very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. Great noise insulation so not affected by the many local bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave me suggestions for new places to visit. Good value for money, though no meal options, which isn't a problem due to the proximity of various cafes and bars and shops.
No issues at all.

Lovely ambiance, very clean and tranquil. Liked that everything was automated and checkin/checkout were very smooth.
The rooms had great blackout curtains but the lights inside defeated the purpose - there were three very bright lights from various devices that kept the room brightly lit. Also, amenities were good but including body lotion would be helpful. Otherwise we had a good stay.
