Beautiful apartment in phenomenal location... BUT... I used a filter for "includes parking" on Booking.com. This property was included in the results. After I placed the NON-REFUNDABLE reservation... and included a message asking the property for parking instructions... I received a reply from the property telling me that NO PARKING is available, and that the property is located in a pedestrian-only part of the city. The nearest parking was a 10-min walk away.

Location was fantastic. Apartment was well equipped and clean.

I would have liked the apartment to be cleaned at least once during our 7-day stay. To be supplied with clean towels without having to ask would have been nice.

This is a new, very clean and comfortable apartment in a very central location. The apartment smelled nice and clean. The bed was big and comfortable and the linens were fresh and new. The water pressure in the shower was good. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and food markets within walking distance.

We booked our stay for 8 nights. We were provided with one towel each and were not able to get any more clean towels during the week unless we paid an extra $50 cleaning fee. There weren't any laundry facilities to wash the sheets and towels. It would be nice if for a stay of more than a few days, we would be offered complimentary clean towels. The kitchen was small and not really functional for cooking meals, other than snacks or a simple breakfast. We were charged a $150 deposit when we checked in for damages. The apartment looks larger in the pictures than it is in reality, though it is cozy. Instructions and information about the apartment would be helpful, such as where to dispose of trash and recycling.

Everything about the apartment was first class and the location was perfect

Only criticism was the lack of a kettle!

The proximity of the apartment is very central, very clean. Sound proofing good, could hardly hear a sound from the busy central street below.

Need to make all their rules clear before booking only found out that there was a 150€ deposit on the day, on top of the payment. Could have done with some mugs for tea, cereal bowls, and a kettle for boiling water. Also, a draining board tray when washing up plates, etc.

The property was in a great location. It was on a busy pedestrian intersection but the double glazed balcony doors kept it quiet. We were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. The only difference appeared to be a wall to define the bedroom. Both had the same m2.

It has some milk, butter, and jam as well as tea, coffee and sugar. We had to ask for extra supplies and a kettle to make tea for our three day visit. Whilst it had a kitchenette it didn’t have any products to support cooking, such as oil, salt and pepper.

The location was perfect. Close to everything I needed for the trip. The property was well maintained and the facilities were in good condition.

The only thing that I did not like was the policy of the property to charge us in case we needed cleaning service. This is especially disturbing if you are staying for five nights. After the third day they only gave us clean towels and that was it. I understand that this is not the hotel, but serviced apartments should have cleaning service at least after day 3.

Very modern and very clean and specious apartment.Bed very comfortable. Central location which comes with noise from the people walking and talking, Very friendly reception staff. All needed essentials provided in the kitchen. Easy and quick check in and out. Reception open 24/7 which allows late check in.

Our first room came with huge bathroom where the shower was designed for disabled people. It had chair seat right in the middle which did not fold .It was very badly designed. The whole bathroom was huge but did not have any cupboards or shelves, only small sink with no unit underneath. It was all very strange because the size of bathroom was really impressive. But i had to keep all my cosmetics on the floor 😳😳 or bring the side table from the bedroom.Bathroom in second room ( which we were given due to lack of hot water in the first one) was much better designed, smaller but with unit with 2 drawers. So really was very happy about it.

Very nice, modern appartment. Big shower, big comfy bed. Very close to the cathedral and everything else. Yet in a quiet area. Would come back!

A bit more dishes in the kitchen would be nice.

The apartment feels brand new and has a sleek, modern design. Communication with the host was smooth—they were very helpful and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was going well.

There’s no washing machine or dishwasher in the apartment, but there are nearby services available for an extra fee. Since it’s located downtown, dropping off or picking up luggage can be a bit tricky, but that’s pretty typical for the area, not just this place.
