On the perfect location, the entire building is a very beautiful space. The hall is lovely, the room was clean and homey. The beds are comfortable and the surface is enough for everything. I was wondering why there were so few people.

The people in the bar serving breakfast were strange, very detailed about every cent and I got coffee from the previous day heated in a microwave for 1.5 EUR.

The location is great. Everything was clean and tidy.

I had an issue with an item that was mine being stolen from the kitchen. Reported it (three times on as many days). I was told they would check the cameras. I was given the runaround and nothing was done about. Obviously he didn’t care.

The reception staff, the cleanliness of the whole place, the roof terrace, the location, these were all amazing. Also comfortable bed and nice with some extra seclusion in the dormitories in your bed, not only curtains.

I was staying in the dormitory downstairs room nr 001 and it had no windows, only a door towards a dark inner courtyard. So basically, either you had privacy and sauna feeling bc 10 ppl in the same room, or you had to live with door open and hear all the sounds of the neighboors from the courtyard, including the night guard at the reception watching movies. As I could see, all other rooms and dormitories were higher up, so request to stay higher up and you’ll be good.

The visit in Planeta Cadiz was mostly what I was hoping for. Located in picturesque area in the heart of the historic city centre, easily reachable from the train station, it was a nice stop during a short stay in Cadiz. Hostel staff was very attentive and friendly, patiently adressing all our questions and needs. The room was quite basic, but with the overall impression of comfort and tidiness. I liked the large bay window, overlooking a street in front of the hotel, which gave the room a touch of uniqueness. Despite the central location, we were almost not bothered by any noise.

Because the room window was located just above the main entrance - apparently a place popular for some small talk and a cigarette - most of the evening the cigarette smoke flowed into our room. We are non-smokers, so it bothered us quite a lot. I was also quite disappointed with the kitchen - which would be very convenient, if further equipped with more utensils. The available were few and often in poor condition, with no kettle to boil some water and almost no cups to have a warm drink.

Great location in Cadiz a few minutes walk to everything you need. Historical sights the beach and the numerous choice of eateries drinking places train station and buses. A nice Spanish building kept lovely and clean with plenty of space. Kitchen bathrooms and toilets are great with the added bonus of a roof terrace for chilling.

No fault of the hostel but a couple of guests in the 10 bed dorm had no respect for other people making noise through the night. All four nights i was there ! Dont know if they are living there ? They should be in an asylum not a nice hostel.

Cadiz is a little jewel in Spain . The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very good value for money. It was a little noisy at night but that was from other guests and not something the staff could help. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops and also the beach and coastline. The market area on Saturday afternoon turned into a party. Street food and bars opened and people arrived to enjoy the atmosphere. It was an incredible few hours. The 2 days spent in Cadiz were incredibly enjoyable and I would recommend a visit .

Planeta Cádiz team thank you for this time. I was in Cádiz to start my Erasmus and I choose a great place. First of all, thank your support before I arrived here, to leave the bed and my check in organised. I felt in home having clothes, room and toilet cleaned, space to make my foods and the library to study. I believe I could complete this first Eramus Residential because I had chosen You. The hostel is in a great location in the old town. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfy. (I stayed in a 4 bed female dorm). The kitchen is spacious, clean and well equipped.

Because it was Carnival week there were none of the hostel's usual activities available. I thought this was a shame, as it meant that it wasn't possible to meet others staying in the hostel. The walking tour could at least have gone ahead as the streets were not crowded with Carnival-goers during the morning.

They guy on reception made me feel at ease and welcome even before I reached the reception desk. Great customer service. The place was scrupulously clean and the rooms and common areas particularly spacious by hostel standards. The decor, furniture and fittings were all of avery high standard and the split level rooftop terraces (with bar) were fantastic.. The central position perfect. There was a choice of breakfast options - (each individually prepared to order rather than served buffet style).

Perhaps it was just the particular "mix" of guests on the nights I stayed,c but there seemed little interaction / socialising. People tended to keep themselves to themselves. I couldn't really discern a 'vibe' or 'atmosphere'.

The hostel has a decent location for a shorther stay. Overall the beds and rooms were nice in addition of really nice rooftop where you could chill with other people. You can have a breakfast in the hostel which I didnt attend to. It also has a nice check-in automat which provides you pretty fast and solo check-in in case you arrive a bit later.

I like the idea of having a huge bathroom in a room but I hated that everytime someone walked in, the automatic light just litten up the whole room since it has windows to the bedroom. If I could change anything, I would just replace the bathroom windows with something else so you are not bothered by other people that are using the bathroom.
