The hotel was very well situated in the old town of Cadiz. It was a great value - our room was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. What can't be beat is the location, the Cathedral, shops, restaurants, and the beach all within a very short walk. Although, super central we had a room towards the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. Best of all worlds. There is a small pool and lounge area on the roof. We did not use this feature as Cadiz is an amazing city and kept us busy.Come to Cadiz it is beautifull and the food was amazing and this hotel is a great place to visit it from.

The door to our room stuck a bit, sometimes making it a bit hard to get into the room. Our bad though as we did not inform the staff as I am sure it is a quick fix. This is such a small thing though. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and patient with me practicing my Spanish!! The room and hotel was nicely decorated and very clean.

An extra table or equivalent in the room to place items would have been nice. It would be good for the cleaning staff to knock on the door to double check if we are in the room before entering to clean - we put the “do not disturb” sign on the door and unfortunately because of the handle it turned around slightly so the cleaners thought we wanted the room cleaned. Easy mistake, but the cleaners did not knock before entering. Just a subtle recommendation, but no harm done :)

Lovely room, very clean and well located. Comfortable large bed and big shower. Quite difficult to find if you are driving as Cadiz is not a car friendly town due to the small lanes. Best to park in the nearby underground carpark around the corner. Irene on reception was brilliant she should write a guide book and will give you some great restaurant recommendations. Overall a lovely place to stay and would stay again.

The pool is 70cm deep and is smaller than the the pictures (aren't they all) Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice.

Very large, comfortable bed Lots of room for me to spread out and get settled in for my 7 days here - shelves, hooks, tables The bathroom is small, but everything is well laid out and the shower was fantastic Very quiet - I heard very little noise from anyone in the hotel and yet I'm pretty sure it was near full The staff were all wonderful and very friendly - a great team The price was fantastic, particularly considering it's right in the heart of Cadiz - the cathedral is so close and there are lots of places to eat. They are very good at encouraging guests to be environmentally responsible - lots of good, workable suggestions to keep water usage down.

This place really surprised me! We had taken a trip to Cadiz and discovered that we were really too far from the old city area so decided to stay another night. Just happened across the hotel by chance when we were wandering through the many, many streets of Cadiz, and decided to stay another night, but closer to the heart of the place! Couldn't get any closer than this! The hotel just looks like a doorway from the outside. Inside, it is a labyrinth of rooms. Fabulously restored but a modern building inside and beautifully subtle decor with lots of wood used throughout the floors and stairs! From what i can see they seem to built around an inner courtyard block and the room looked inwards into a type of internal mezzanine internal. Really well done and well constructed and great use of space. Rooms are basic, although some seemed to have a kettle. We just had a fridge, a cupboard and a chair. Our room was bright and clean and well presented. There was a bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. There is a common area to sit or work from, along with a coffee machine which you can buy pods for 1 euro each. Staff were really friendly and informative and manned the desk 24/7.

There was nothing, not to like about this place!! If you are staying for longer, maybe it wouldn't suit some people, but for overnight or a few days, its fabulous!

We booked our stay on the same day of arrival. We couldn’t found better place to stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They even helped us with things not connected to our stay. Always smiling and polite. Very kind people. The room was clean, had comfortable bed and big bathroom. We used the rooftop terrace where you could find chairs and tables and swimming pool. On the last day we had a very late coach and they let us stay around the hotel as long as we needed. There’s a lobby with sofa, chairs , coffee machine, tea and biscuits, which was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and if ever come back to Cadiz we will definitely stay in this hotel.

We were missing kettle in the room.

Very friendly staff. Nice building and in a great location in Cádiz. In the centre and easy walking distance to everywhere. We were staying here at short notice (issues with trains and buses on the 6th of January meant we couldn't get to our intended destination). It worked very well for our stay.

We were in a superior double (according to our booking). To be honest, although the room was clean and everything was comfortable, I expected a superior double to have a little more space, somewhere to put bags down, and maybe even a desk. It felt quite small.

The hotel is located on a crowded street, but from our room, we have never heard the noise from the streets. It's a nice area with a lot of shops, 1 minute to the cathedral, and probably 7-10 minutes to the city beach. Very nice place, the staff was amazing, feels like they cared. We have really nice room, quite spacious with a nice bathroom. On the roof, you can use the small pool (it's not big but enough if you want to refresh). Also, there is an amazing view from the roof on the cathedral. You can ask for the beach towels at the reception. There are also nice lounge zone with lockers, in case you will need to leave your suitcases.

There is no parking, but there are several underground parkings in 5 minutes walking. But this is a trade-off for staying in the historical area.

The hotel is very central for sightseeing. Our room was very quiet. We liked the tea/coffee and small fridge. Our bed was very comfortable. It all felt very safe and secure. The bathroom was clean and modern with a good shower and nice towels and toiletries. We did not use the pool, it was too cold. The staff were very friendly.

One morning the lift did not work because a cleaner had wedged the door open with a broom. My husband has a bad hip and that was a little problem for us

The location was great. Manu was very friendly and gave us a lot of very helpful recommendations. The lounge was great to do work and relax

It would be good to have better instructions for parking before arrival. It would good to have at least two coffees in the room for the first day for free. Otherwise, it was a good visit.
