Single attic room in centrally located hotel some 150 metres from Cadiz Cathedral. The secluded and relatively spacious terrace, with sunlounger, table & chairs, offers striking views of Cadiz Cathedral and was the stand-out feature of the room. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with good shower. All of the staff I encountered during my 4 day stay were friendly, polite and courteous. Overall, an enjoyable 4 night stay and I’d happily return.

The bedroom area felt a bit cramped. A few loose/worn fittings and fixings need attention which I’ve made the hotel aware of via their feedback form. The room might also benefit from redecorations at some point.

Ideal location, very central but not noisy. The room was well planned and the large bed extremely comfortable - we slept well. The kettle and fridge were useful. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. 24 hour staffing on the Reception desk was reassuring.

Maintenance issues...The bathroom was poorly lit...possibly the main overhead light didn't work, one of the lights in the room didn't work, curtains hanging off rail, towel hook in bathroom broken. The pillows were very strongly scented, which filled the whole room - this made me feel ill and I could not use them. Over 25% of people are allergic to chemical perfumes, and they have been proven to aggravate asthma symptoms. Please do not use them.

I loved this hotel. It is in a great location, the staff are wonderful, and my room had a big terrace with a view of the Cathedral. The room was small but it was beautifully clean. It had a desk, shelving, a frig, and an electric kettle with tea and coffee. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower. From my location on the 5th floor I could not hear any street noise. It was a peaceful, bright, comfortable place to be. Staff very kindly let me store my luggage for several hours after I checked out.

There is not much storage in the room. However, that didn't bother me. Overall, I highly recommend.

Fifth floor only two rooms up there so it felt really special and of course a lift, we have stayed in a number of places with no lift and it can be challenging in those temperatures. The room was was clean, the bed was very comfortable and there was a good mix of pillows I like quite soft but there were firmer pillows if that's your preference, little detail but makes a massive difference to your sleep. The air con was brilliant and really needed in 29-36 degrees. The terrace was the crowning glory, breathtaking views great size, table and chairs and two loungers. We spent the hottest part of the day on there.

The storage was a bit challenging, but maybe we just take too much stuff.

We loved our penthouse room, spacious terrace with fantastic views of the Cathedral. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Small fridge and coffee making facilities in the room. Great for chilling wine and beer. Bed linen and towels white ! The room was cleaned every day usually when we were out. The room was also very quiet. The staff were extremely helpful, providing us with a wine opener and glasses when asked. The location was superb, close to lots of tapas bars and restaurants. Just a 10 min walk from the railway station. 5 min walk to the Mercado. Small supermarkets 2 mins away. Just a ten minute walk to superb beaches. I would definitely stay here again !

Perfect central location, just a 5-10 minute walk to the cathedral, market, town centre or train station. Beautiful small hotel. Had the best welcome we've ever had from staff in check-in, and our room (52) was just perfect. The roof terrace was sunny and spacious, with a table and chairs and sunbeds, and had an amazing view of the cathedral. Everything was spotlessly clean and the hotel was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Thick clean towels and plenty of toiletries provided and the room itself had plenty of space with chairs, desk and kettle and tea tray too. Would absolutely recommend ❤️

The location is fantastic. We stayed on the 5th floor in a room with a huge balcony and the view was wonderful! There is a fridge in the room and the staff is really nice and helpful.

The bed is a bit too small for two grownups. Could use a little touch up. The lift wasn’t working which might not be an issue and actually wasn’t for us either until my partner broke his toe on the street. So in case of a disability or similar problems, choose another place.

I loved having a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Pleased to have a fridge and a safe too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The towels were big and lovely and fluffy. Fantastic location and I would definitely go back.

I didn’t like the fact they didn’t have shutters or black out blinds. My bedroom faced the street and the light outside was on all night, so I found it difficult to sleep. I need it to be dark to sleep.

Fabulous location right in the old town so easy access to all points of interest. From top floor balcony room (massive balcony) great view of the cathedral. Very helpful staff who gave directions on how to access hotel, drop luggage and find car park (5 minute walk) though did have to request these. Also tips on local restaurants. Room compact but well equipped with (coffee/tea) kettle, fridge, safe and quality towels

The balcony door didn’t seem to lock. The bedroom wasn’t spacious but adequate and as expected from website. Generally a little dated.

It was well-situated for walking to food, the beach, things to see. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t take advantage of it, breakfast was available.

The cleaning products used were very strong-smelling. The smell was overpowering and present through the hotel, even diffused from machines through the property. Not a good spot for scent sensitivities.
