Brilliant location - couldn't beat it! - in the heart of the old City, yet really quiet. Large apartment and great to have the roof terrace and pool. Lovely couple on reception, who turned out to be the owners, who were so helpful, wanting to make sure we were happy and giving us brilliant suggestions about what to do and see in Cádiz.

Our room was missing a few basics such as a corkscrew and a tea towel, but these were swiftly supplied when requested. The room could have done with better lighting too, since it was in the middle of the building overlooking a light-well, so very dark. The pool/terrace area was in need of a bit of maintenance and generally felt a little tired, but was nevertheless a lovely area to sit and relax after a long, hot day, sightseeing!

The location was brilliant. Right in the centre of the old town. A couple of minutes walk to the cathedral and main square. Very close to cafes and tapas bars. Fairly quiet as very little traffic through the street. A very comfortable bed. Fabulous rooftop terrace and small pool with views to the Cathedral. Davide who met us was excellent.

The kitchen was very basic. It needs a bit of a sort out. For the grandeur of the entrance and the rest of the building, it was a bit underdone. Almost like it was still a work in progress.

Poorly equipped - no storage space in the bedroom or bathroom. No linen or blanket available for the sofabed, despite having been assured that it would be, so had to sleep on a bedspread instead. When the linen did come the next day it was too small for the bed. Only one mug in the kitchen. Peeling wallpaper in the bedroom. Loose tap and toilet flush. Not the hotel quality expected on Booking.com. Also we were recommended to visit places that were actually closed on Sunday and Monday when we were there!!

Great location in the city centre, but quiet in the appartment. Comfortable beds. We were able to park temporarily just before entering the street where the apartment was located. After checking in, we were directed to a large public car park 5 minutes walk away. Pleasant roof terrace with views and beer on tap! We were greeted by a very charming lady who was happy to give us any information we required.

The appartment was rather bare and basic - unlike in the photos. It was clean and orderly, but not a place you could love or want to spend much time in. The kitchen equipment was also basic. I was not intelligent enough to defeat the child safety lock on the ceramic hob, so we weren't even able to heat a saucepan of water (no kettle) to make a cup of tea.

The building is very well located, just a few minutes from most places, right in the city centre and very safe. It was also a short walk to a variety of beaches. Gladys and David were extremely thoughtful and ensured we had a great stay from the very start - they did go out of their way for us. Lovely Elba does an amazing job with the cleanliness of the place. The apartment was big, well equipped and very comfortable. We would go back next time!

The only thing we didn’t like was that the people staying above us would come home very late (after 1 a.m.) and watch TV loudly until 2 a.m. whilst shouting to one another. As the place is more like apartments than a hotel type of accommodation, we couldn’t go downstairs to reception to complain about the noise. But we also didn’t say anything the next day, which was on us.

This was a fabulous property to stay in , easy access to the whole old town , super clean , comfortable bed, very safe , beautifully restored and cared for old property (16th century) with all modern facilities including lovely rooftop terraces , and the most lovely hospitality team (especially Gladys). We loved it so much we added an extra night to our stay here and will definitely stay here when next in Cadiz.

The location is superb, the staff couldn't be better. It was incredibly beatifully decorated and the building itself was gorgeous. The extra amenities were more than generous. The room itself was extrememy comdortable and comfy, with good shower amenities to boot. The beds were very confortable

The extra sofa bed could've been more comfortable, but it wasn't horrid.

Accommodation in the centre of Cadiz, with all the historical monuments and the beach within easy reach, plus a luxurious view of the city. Beautiful interior of the entire property, tastefully decorated. Our stay would not have been so great if it wasn't for the professional and very kind David who accommodated our requests beyond the normal duties. Thanks to his approach, I will gladly choose Vila de Andas again for my stay at any time in the future.

Cannot wait to go back to VG Villa de Andas! A beautiful building converted to offer luxurious rooms and in our case, apartment. From the amazing reception to our room to the roof terrace and pool we were constantly impressed. Amazing location close to the Cathedral and bars and restaurants.

Everything was superb. Nice stuff, veryhelpful. They give us card for cheap parking(normal 18, we pay 8 eur).The room was big and clean, with rooftop pool and beautiful view. The stuff give us drinks when we came, and there is free drink at the pool. Also location is right in center of Cadiz. I highly recommend this stay.
