unable to bring room down below 23 degrees even when thermostat set at 16. No fan in room and non available which made it difficult to sleep without window wide open which made it a little noisier late at night and early mornings. This is a very solvable issue which management were made aware of.

The location, the facilities, the staff were excellent, how pet friendly the hotel was. The hotel restaurant and roof top bar were beautiful and such an enjoyable experience. We felt very welcome and the bed was really comfortable. The record player was a nice touch, along with the towels and artisanal soap.

It was quite noisy in our room and we could hear everyone entering and leaving the hotel, as well as when the restaurant below started preparing for the day, from 7am. Also, the bathroom in the room lacked privacy. But everything else was fantastic and these did not ruin our vacation, but these things could be improved to get a 10 score.

Location: 10/10 right in the heart of the square in Old Town our room faced the Cathedral and had a little balcony. Staff: 10/10 outstanding service. We enjoyed the small fruit plate with granola upon arrival. Plus we were able to check in early Room: 8/10 nice but the smart technology took a bit to get use to but loved how the curtains opened when we entered. Also, hooking up music was great. Not sure I would install in my house now that I’ve tried it out. Shower - just weird. Missed too low and sprayed over the floor plus hard to regulate temperature. Record/vinyl player just took up space. Loved the scratchy towels - I will order some myself. Floors are dark and hard to adjust to when you get off the elevator. TV should include one English News Channel like CNN.

Restaurant (Breakfast) - honestly didn’t try. We would have like breakfast in there but it was €15 each and not suitable for vegan at that price. They should have a small menu in which to order items without having to buy-in to their breakfast. Plus, cafe beside didn’t open until 10am so you are forced to go elsewhere. For dinner - although nice menu, the menu was pricey so didn’t indulge. Negative: For all the smart systems in the hotel, access to the rooms via elevator did not have secure access. Anyone walking in from the square or the restaurant could simply access the various floors via the elevator.

Location- outside the veranda was a beautiful cathedral- with the street right below our hotel - we were immersed in the sounds and the atmosphere of the city. The staff went throughly above hospitality. They were kind helpful and so attentive. We played classical music on their turntable with the sea breeze wishing in through the windows- absolutely most peaceful experience. They have a restaurant and rooftop bar with a pool overlooking the cathedral. Great solace to stay in Cádiz. Walkable- to the beach and the fortress.

The location could not have been better. We had a little balcony which looked directly on to the cathedral and spent a lovely hour watching people and drinking the complimentary glass of cava. The room was really comfortable and the old record player was a nice touch. There was also a gadget for everything from switching on the bathroom lights to opening the curtains whilst lying in bed. The food at the restaurant was also lovely and I liked the fact that breakfast was not a buffet had to order it from a pretty good menu. Great value too.

The air con! Whatever we did, the room never cooled down until the early hours of the morning making sleep quite difficult.

Very cosy Boutique Hotel with modern rooms and nice showers. I really enjoyed the bluetooth connection with my phone. The staff were great too, we couldn't use the swimming pool and in exchange offered a free breakfast to me. Location is ideal, you are right in front of the cathedral in the middle of it. My biggest surprise was the restaurant, I tried only because I was hungry and it was very late. The food and level of service was very close to a michelin restaurant. It wasn't perfect but it made my night very special. I ll surely come back.

The swimming pool is more like a big jaccuzzi than a pool. Breakfast could open earlier, I couldn't enjoy my breakfast because I had to leave at 8am.

Lookation was perfect. Directly in front of the Vathedral with amazing view. Rooftop bar is a must. Room is a bit small but fine. We booked a double bed but received two single, staff was very friendly and helpful trying to help and sort out. Breakfast is very rich with the 2 course menu.

We did not like the smart system in the room. The fact that every time we had to go to the panel to witch off and on the bathroom light when we went to the toilet instead of a switch directly next to the door was not user friendly. Also, the loud music from the neigbour room with the smart audio was not our favourite.

Literally everything was great. It was the best ever experience. The hotel is super cozy, modern and friendly place to stay in the best ever location in Cádiz. I was amazed by the features available in our room, all the smart-home things made it even more comfortable and easier. Friendly staff, good sound isolation and great hospitality made it unforgettable experience. We got a free breakfast offered by the hotel staff that was a Michelin - restorant level. The cocktail bar at the rooftop is an amazing place for chilling after the sunset. Beautiful place, I'm so glad that we stayed there. Thanks for everything

It was a pleasure being hosted in such a professional and friendly way. -) The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It is in the most beautiful area of Cadiz and you will have a stunning view from their rooftop. -) The room itself was a highlight. They have a smarthome integration in the room, so it is very easy to pair your phone with the soundsystem/TV on your room. -) The room and the hotel was super clean!

The rooftop itself was a bit noisy as they have a maintenance facility room up there but that didn’t bother us. We had a kind of small issue/smell in the room. The kitchen smell from the neighbors restaurant came into our room from time to time; the staff immediately helped us and was so super friendly with their support.

Best location in town, right in front of the cathedral, yet no noise from the street in the room. Great staff, very friendly one and all. The roof terrace is to die for, best spot in town, just stop looking for a better spot and sit down and enjoy the view and the laid back atmosphere. Room was well equipped, bathroom very nicely put together and great shower. The extra touches like a record player with pre selected records to our taste was great!

Two things to mention. Frst and most important was the bed. Although they where quite new, it was an absolute rock solid mattress and way too hard for anyone with any kind of need for a comfortable mattress. The other thing is that being on the top floor we where right underneath (or next to) a very loud machine like an industrial airconditioning unit which was a constant background noise and not very nice.
