Exceptional hotel with lovely staff and Parrot! This place is a true treasure, which is being greatly cared for. Situated in the centre of town, it has gorgeous grounds and a wonderfully private car park, making it a perfect oasis. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, even though we did not use all the available facilities. Dollar, the parrot, is quite a character, who added greatly to the enjoyment of our stay. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great 2 course meal for 25-29€ in the restaurant consisting of turbot and griddled sirloin steak. And I delicious bottle of Barcelona Priorat wine or very reasonable €21. We have on the new rooms Super comfy bed, excellent shower and nicely decorated. Thermal pool what’s right and somewhere safe to store my electric bike. Thoroughly recommend this place for an overnight or a couple of nights stay

We initially chose this hotel as a stopover location but we will surely return to take advantage of the facilities. The hot springs pool looked delightful as did the multitude of spa and massage options that are on offer. The lovely little town of Caldes has amazing Roman baths and an interesting museum, all within a few minutes walk from the hotel. There are many beautiful walks and bicycle paths in nature very close by. Really enjoyed the idea of the bathrobe culture as people just lounged around in their robes, going from the pool to breakfast and drinks on the terrace, totally relaxed.

The pool was fantastic and the gardens were lovely. The outside seating area was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and well laid out. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

The food was extremely disappointing in the dining room and the cafe. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Room spacious and well equipped. Pool very good, we enjoyed the outdoor thermal pool and the water jets. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Location central for walking around a small quiet town with an interesting history because of its thermal springs and spa establishments.

Providing tea and coffee making facilities, but this is rare in Spanish hotels

Everything went well. We'd stayed there a few years ago and if anything, the hotel has improved. The staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble - and the facilities (the pool especially) were first class.

Absolutely nothing

Really beautiful garden and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Cute parrot, loves nuts. Room very, very basic, no A/C. Classic spa atmosphere and the garden area made it worth to visit. Breakfast very good.

Late opening for breakfast- 0745 - not good for an early start - nobody on reception until 0800 to check out - not really acceptable

Very smart spa hotel. Fridge in room. Very helpful reception staff. Bikes stored behind reception. Wine list and bar prices very good value

For a hotel which portrays itself as upmarket restaurant was more like a cafe. With main courses ok but desserts poor. Coffee had to be obtained in another part of the hotel. Shower cubicle was not clean. Floor tiles when rubbed lightly with toothbrush really changed colour. As did wall grouting. This was was the only cleanliness issue we have had in a bike trip lasting 32 days.

A very comfortable hotel in beautiful surroundings. We are a group of cyclists and there was an excellent secure facility for our bicycles overnight. We all enjoyed the thermal pool.
