Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet included. Staff was friendly and the grounds were lush and beautiful. It is a great place to relax and unwind about 30 minutes inland from the coast (Tossa de Mar).

We were a bit disappointed that there wasn't a small pool with hot thermal waters waters. The pool had cool water which is welcome in the summer heat but a warm pool option would be amazing to relax sore muscles. Also they closed the pool at 9pm which seems too early especially for Spain where there's more activity after the weather starts cooling down a little in the evening.

Exceptional hotel with lovely staff and Parrot! This place is a true treasure, which is being greatly cared for. Situated in the centre of town, it has gorgeous grounds and a wonderfully private car park, making it a perfect oasis. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, even though we did not use all the available facilities. Dollar, the parrot, is quite a character, who added greatly to the enjoyment of our stay. The room, the pool, the court, the ambiente (relaxed). A good place to slow down. We loved the tree shaded court for having a drink or to read. The personnel was exceptional, they immediately came to repair the TV and even made possible an early breakfast. The room in the modern part was very comfy and had powerful aircon (important with 40°C outside).

Best outdoor warm pool. Very relaxing. Food quality amazing and have a massage also very good. Great to relax and disconnect.The hotel is located in a peaceful setting with lovely gardens, making it a perfect retreat.Consider opting for the newer rooms .

The staff welcomed us so sweetly. They treated my daughter like a queen and walked us through every detail. We loved the easy cafe and the pool was perfect.

The rooms without AC are quite tough in the height of summer but at night it was still fresh. Use the curtain to avoid mosquitoes.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great 2 course meal for 25-29€ in the restaurant consisting of turbot and griddled sirloin steak. And I delicious bottle of Barcelona Priorat wine or very reasonable €21. We have on the new rooms Super comfy bed, excellent shower and nicely decorated. Thermal pool what’s right and somewhere safe to store my electric bike. Thoroughly recommend this place for an overnight or a couple of nights stay

The hotel was very relaxing. Lovely garden and excellent thermal pool to swim in. Good quality meals and choice of drinks at reasonable prices.

There was no security safe either in the room or at reception.

The pool was fantastic and the gardens were lovely. The outside seating area was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and well laid out. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

The food was extremely disappointing in the dining room and the cafe. I wouldn’t eat here again.

We initially chose this hotel as a stopover location but we will surely return to take advantage of the facilities. The hot springs pool looked delightful as did the multitude of spa and massage options that are on offer. The lovely little town of Caldes has amazing Roman baths and an interesting museum, all within a few minutes walk from the hotel. There are many beautiful walks and bicycle paths in nature very close by. Really enjoyed the idea of the bathrobe culture as people just lounged around in their robes, going from the pool to breakfast and drinks on the terrace, totally relaxed.

Room spacious and well equipped. Pool very good, we enjoyed the outdoor thermal pool and the water jets. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Location central for walking around a small quiet town with an interesting history because of its thermal springs and spa establishments.

Providing tea and coffee making facilities, but this is rare in Spanish hotels
